Wish the financial process was faster, the people were nice but it took some time from beginning to end. Also would have been nice to have a full tank of gas instead of empty after purchasing a 23000 doll nice but it took some time from beginning to end. Absolutely horrible communication. .. well absolutely HORRIBLE everything from the service department. We sent our truck to this dealership for service, pretty big job, 3 weeks ago. We .. well absolutely HORRIBLE everything from the service department. We sent our truck to this dealership for service, pretty big job, 3 weeks ago. We were originally told that they were fighting with our extended warranty because they only wanted to pay 10 hours of labor time and the dealership said it was 18 hours for the labor time. After my boyfriend talking with this dealership for a couple of weeks there was no more information from the warranty company, and they still hadn't started on our work vehicle. Please keep in mind that I am pretty high up for the dealership I work for back home, so I know how all of this works. I asked the service advisor to send me the estimate and I would call the extended warranty company and find out why they weren't wanting to cover the entire repair. They eventually sent us the estimate for the repairs along with the opcodes. needless to say, according to the ALL of the labor time guides, which is what warranty companies go off of, the work that needed to be done on our truck called for 11.5 hours NOT 18. I understand them trying to get more out of a warranty company but there is NO WAY that a warranty company will do an 89% markup at $200 an hour. They probably could have gotten 12.5 hours of to include diag from the warranty company. AFTER all that I call another dealership about 15 minutes from this one and explained what I do for a living and what the labor time guide calls for. That advisor spoke to his manager, and they agreed that they could do the work for the 12.5 hours. Sadly, that dealership couldn't get us in for a week and we needed our truck back at the beginning of the year to get back to work in Georgia, so we spoke to AutoNation and they dropped it to 14 hours of labor time and promised it would be done by the time my boyfriend made back to town (Jan 4th) so we agreed to let them complete the work and STILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET!!!! This is ridiculous! fast forward to today... It is 1:39 pm Georgia time (we aren't from there) and he has been sitting at the dealership since about 10am. They told him it would be another hour around 11 am but yet.... STILL ISN'T DONE!!!! I work for a car dealership and the lack of customer service has absolutely blown my mind!! We will NEVER EVER return for purchasing or for service. It is sad that to get the service department to call us back that we had to call the sales department and they walked a note to the advisor so that he would actually call us. The service department ruined us even purchasing from there and we purchase a new vehicle about once a year as we put a lot of miles on our vehicles. Their loss. 100% do no recommend and if you go here, I hope you know what you are looking at and talking about or you will get screwed over. More

This dealership made buying a vehicle absolutely incredible. I found my vehicle online and within minutes of expressing interest, James Taylor was reaching out to me. James was on point and helpful, incredible. I found my vehicle online and within minutes of expressing interest, James Taylor was reaching out to me. James was on point and helpful, with a no pressure approach. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, Monty Johnson, from the finance department was in touch with me. Within an hour or so, Monty had me hooked up and ready to go. When I went to pick my truck up, James had the truck ready and we took a test drive. Then I sat down with Monty and I was back on the road in less than an hour. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford. I also highly recommend James Taylor for a smooth, friendly, no pressure approach. For your financing needs, Monty Johnson is the solution. These two guys made this the easiest and most convenient truck purchase I’ve ever had. My hat is off to you gentlemen. Thanks for everything!
