Wonderful buying experience In the market for a used vehicle and very unhappy with another more corporate (multi dealership locations) group, I went to Jeff Smith looking for a u In the market for a used vehicle and very unhappy with another more corporate (multi dealership locations) group, I went to Jeff Smith looking for a used truck like the one I had been looking at at the other operation. I laid out what I wanted and the salesman went to work. He explained that he would gladly find that truck for me or for essentially the same price, put me in a brand new truck from their lot. We looked at the inventory and they did not have a truck that met my requirements. He then contacted a dealer who had the exact truck I wanted and got it to their lot for me to test drive. I wound up paying slightly less for this brand new truck than the other dealership had wanted for their used truck similiarly equipped. The present service manger is very, very racist, an I HAVE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF WORK DONE HERE..I RECENTLY HAD AN IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER AND NEW KEY MADE .MY CAR. STILL DOES NOT TURN ON BECAUSE THE I HAVE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF WORK DONE HERE..I RECENTLY HAD AN IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER AND NEW KEY MADE .MY CAR. STILL DOES NOT TURN ON BECAUSE THE CYLINDER GETS STUCK. IT WAS INSTALLED A MONTH.AGO.IT HAD A 2 YEAR WARRANTY. THE NEW SERVICE MANAGER SAID THAT HE WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY AND UTTERED A RACIAL SLUR. AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF HIS SHOP.DON'T USE OR BUY FROM THIS RACIST COMPANY. More
