When I entered the "bank", he was in his office on the other side of the building. I waited, but he didn't come out, so I walked up to the office door to introduce myself. First he acts like I've totally annoyed him when I asked to see a car. He asked when was I ready to buy it, when I responded "within a few days", he told me not to waste his time. When I responded that I hadn't even seen or drove it yet, he's told me in a barrage of nasty tone and attitude not to argue with him or wouldn't sell me the car even if I wanted it. I am woman alone in an office with a maniac, and it was scary! I walked out. More

The owner returned my phone call and we discussed ways to accomplish the sale and purchase of the vehicle. Through this process Andrew became very arrogant, rude and disrespectful to say the least. He actually told me "if you are going to be an xxxxxxx I won't sale you my car because I don't have to sale it to you." After a very abrasive exchange of words he proceeded to tell me he is rich and doesn't have time for this type of thing. I asked rather he was in the business of selling cars or not and if he what he advertised was what he could deliver ? He said "look for a car where you live not here I don't have time for this", and hung up the phone. As much as I liked this particular vehicle the owner and his customer service or lack there of is a definite reason to just walk away. More

I had the best car buying experience at AGN Auto Gallery; not only that Andrew is knowledgeable about the cars he sells, best believe you're getting a great car, he is very detailed oriented, knows all the cars and will work with anyone situation to get you moving. I was in the market for a recent model Honday Accord; I saw his listings on line and came to look at the vehicle and I was in awe, the car was in great shape, and had no issues, clean carfax,clean autocheck, one owner car and the car drives just like new. I purchased the 2009 Honda Accord EX-L from AGN and the car was fully loaded. Since the purchase, my lady can't stop talking about the way the car. I will tell you if you're looking for a salesman to compliment you about your clothes etc.. and flatter you then go somewhere else. But if you're looking for quality used car, great prices, Andrew has all the models like BMW, Mercedez, Acura, Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Corvette, Infinitti, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Porshe. You think I am lying, just go online and chech his Inventory out and ask for Andrew, he treats the ladies very well too. If you're serious about buying a gentle(like new) used car go to AGN Auto Gallery and you will never regrets your purchase. Andrew will never pressure into buying a vehicle and will go above and beyond to work with you, set you up with the best extended warranties and I will let this out while writing this review: He will take of you even after you complete the purchase. You may ask how he will do such things: 1) Need a battery, how would like paying half the cost 2) Any repairs needed, how about he can and will get you to the dealership with half price for your repairs but you have to be his customers to enjoy this kind priviliges. A lot of people saying Andrew is rude, don't believe it, he's striaght shooter and doesn't like people that aren't serious or playing around. He is not a salesman, he is passionate about cars and treat you with respect. They said knoledge is power, go to a couple dealerships, compare the prices and come to AGN and you will see the difference... WARNING, WARNING, WARNING at all costs STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from this place!!!!! If I had the choice to walk or purchase a car from this place, I would probably be walking for the rest of my life. The owner, Andrew, is extremely arrogant, rude, self-observed person. Customer service? Whats that? First, hours of operation state 10AM on Saturday, even on the door. However, when we arrived, the place was just opening up, past 11:00AM. From the point we arrived there, the owner seemed to be annoyed that we were interrupting him. It looked as if we were judged by the moment we walked in that we couldn't afford one of his "luxury cars." While looking at the car, all we heard from Andrew was how he was rich, how his son drives a corvette, how he is the best in the business, HOW HE KNOWS THE FEDERAL LAW, and how he has great deals and connections with all the banks. You get the point, right? Yup, you are dealing with one of those here!!! He also proceeded to question us on our income, where we lived, our credit score, and all of the above!! I think you get the point by now! We asked to test drive the car, Andrew advised not at the moment we have to make sure we can "buy it first." He also stated he had to be with my husband in the car while he test drives it.. My husband opened the hood of the car to check everything inside and while closing it, Andrew felt the need to teach him how he should close the hood, otherwise something could break! We managed to proceed past all this, and while looking at numbers things didn't add up. Mr. Andrew stated he "got us a great deal." Sure he did a deal that would cost us $3,000 more then the price of the car, including tax, registration, etc. Advising Mr. Andrew that we were not interested, he stated we "wasted his time" in an arrogant loud tone voice. He stated that we were "stupid people" and did not deserve to be there. At this point, my husband responded to him in the same rude comment and Mr. Andrew advised us to leave immediately or he would call 911..... People in the shortest version of the story I'm warning you in the best way possible to stay away from this dealer!! I am still surprised how he is in business. With all the reviews on here, I can pretty much relate to every negative experience or comment anyone has mentioned coming from Mr. Andrew, and any good reviews are either coming from him or his family, since those are the only people "worth" working with him..... P.S Mr. Andrew you are not the only one with a degree, brains, and financial stability... While we may not flaunt it like you, many of us have it as well. Ohh and we also have class, personality, and friendliness toward everyone we come across.. Something you should consider buying with all that money you have? Ohh wait you can't buy that!! One more thing, since you like to brag about your education, consider going back to school, we're talking high school, where they teach you how to talk to people!! More
This is my very first review of any item or dealership online, but I felt compelled to put my experience down. I met with Andrew Nalecz on Saturday January 4th 2014 after viewing a vehicle on Autotrader t online, but I felt compelled to put my experience down. I met with Andrew Nalecz on Saturday January 4th 2014 after viewing a vehicle on Autotrader that I was interested in. I was the only customer when I arrived. Mr. Nalecz met me at the door but appeared to be in a very sour mood. He was hostile, rude and was only interested in whether I was going to buy the vehicle on that day. His attitude was very condescending and all he talked about was the quality of his cars and that if I didn't trust his judgment I could go somewhere else. He had several articles printed out referencing his work with computer software to stabilize vehicles which he kept referring me to read to ascertain that he was an expert in the auto industry. He kept asking several times whether I would need financing even when I had told him I didn't. I tried to be patient and explained to him I was serious about purchasing and he needn't treat me like someone who was there to waste his time and that his attitude was condescending. He stated to my face that he was rich, owned the place and really didn't need my business. I asked him to calm down and reiterated I was interested in looking at the vehicle. The price listed had been marked down by $500. He stated to me he would fire whoever marked down the price. On going outside to view the vehicle, his attitude was unwelcoming, he didn't want me to touch items on the dashboard saying I didn't know how to operate them and would break the them and that was the reason he didn't have salesmen; because they would allow customers to break stuff on his vehicles. When I asked if I could test drive the vehicle he said I should come back when I am ready to buy. In my opinion Mr. Nalecz has an extremely large ego, is arrogant, condescending and does not know a thing about customer service. I will not be purchasing from AGN. More
If I had to choose one word to describe my experience with AGN Auto Gallery it would be “Professional.” Everything from the quality of the vehicles they offer for sale to the financing and after sales s with AGN Auto Gallery it would be “Professional.” Everything from the quality of the vehicles they offer for sale to the financing and after sales service was exceptional. These people care about the cars sell and the people they do business with. If you’re looking to deal with some slick salesman who is more interested in their commission then they are about truly satisfying the customer, go somewhere else. If your looking for a dealership and people who will treat you honestly and fairly then you won’t find a better place to do business than AGN Auto Gallery. More

The discussion that followed proved him to be one of the most arrogant and disrespectful people I have ever met. You want to see the car? Better have your checkbook out. Test drive? I don't think so. If you visit this place, be prepared to bow before this man's inflated ego. FYI, Andrew - you're not the only one with a Ph.D. in engineering, I have one too. But trust me folks, no Ph.D. needed to see through this guy's scam artistry and B.S. More

I own a computer software company with sales of over 5 million per year, real estate rentals of ~8k month and I also own several fast food restaurants. The only reason I am mentioning this is to show that I am not a flake like Andrew. He has no customer service. He wanted to know all our personal information. He was way to bostfull for me. He said our insurance company was only for people that only had liability insurance. He was full of it. We were going to pay cash. He only talked about how good he was and all his inventions. He put us down the whole time. The car was advertised as having no paint work or accidents. The car had multiple areas of paint work. One area was just spray pained on the bumber. Under the hood were acorns that had been eaten by an animal. The car was advertised as having 1,500 miles less than when we arrived. The car was cleaned nicely, but I saw grim and gunk on the grill , it looked like this car may have been in a flood but I do not know. This is a dealership you should stay away from… I should have read the reviews first. It looks funny to me to see some are ratings at 5’s and the others rated at 1’s…hum maybe planted??? Just saying…... Even if I liked the car I would not have done business with him....the car was S500 More

First, he looked at me as if I couldn't afford one of his "luxury" cars and then proceeded to question why I was there, how much money I made, what my beacon score was, blah blah blah. He would not even give me the price of a single car until I answered those questions. How humiliating! Basically, he said that if I couldn't afford it to don't waste his time even looking at them! What kind of dealership does that? As much as he knows, I could've been searching for a car for a relative or friend! Not sure how/why he's still in business, but I'm sure those who buy from him are just as arrogant, snobby and egotistical! More
