We got an education on Mercedes like nothing before, and we've owned 3! Andrew is straight up, no nonsense and to the point. Some people may take this as rude or condescending, but if you listen, you just might learn something. For once, we didn't get a car "salesman", we found a car "specialist". Within a week we got a courtesy call to follow up and ask if there were any issues, (there are none), and the assurance that if we did need anything to call AGN first.
