Went to look at one of their cars last week. The owner is possibly the rudest and most arrogant human being I have ever encountered. In less than 30 seconds he blasted me with a highly unpleasant attitude (I possibly the rudest and most arrogant human being I have ever encountered. In less than 30 seconds he blasted me with a highly unpleasant attitude (I'm putting it nicely there) when I asked for a CarFax. His justification for not providing one or any similar documents has some merit in relation to body damage and repainting but has no merit with regard to flood damage, mechanical issues, recall or service history. Don't expect any cooperation from him if you want that information. Within the first three minutes (at a time when there was not another soul on the lot requiring his time or attention) he told that I needed to buy the right then and I mean literally right then - not tomorrow. His justification appeared to be that I am wasting his time otherwise. I'm a car guy who has owned many cars in my life and do my own repairs and maintenance so I know a reasonable amount about cars. After I looked for oil leaks and plugged in a code reader (which I first politely asked his permission to do), he dropped an f-bomb, slammed the door shut, stormed off and told me to leave. His manner and response to my request to use the code reader were "interesting" when viewed through the lens of my experience/training in auditing, interviewing and verbal response evaluation techniques. Apparently, you are expected to completely trust him without question or verification of any kind. Needless to say I won't be returning. If it were possible to give zero stars I would. Maybe other people are able to get past being treated like this for a car that may or may not be good but I choose not support any establishment that treats people this poorly. More

All he requires is for you to be honest and able to make your payments on time.If any problems arise call him and he will take care of it.He really works with your credit and all!Would I recommend this dealership ?Yes I would especially if you are some one that is hard working and want a nice quality vehicle ! I can not wait to pay off my car and purchase my second one from them! More

He asked if my husband was Jewish just because his name is Paul and in the bible. I am still wondering what my husband religious back ground has to do with purchasing a vehicle??. He conducts shady business and tried to sale my husband a crappy warrantee. My husband and I stepped outside to discuss privately regarding purchasing the vehicle. When we came back in his office, Andrew Nalecz became very aggressive and said we can buy the vehicle or leave, that he doesn't have all day. He proceeded to call my husband a boy just because he is African American. Of course after his "BOY" comment to my husband words were exchanged. After leaving this made shift shady bank/dealership, Andrew Nalecz desides to call me and leave a very racist message on my voicemail. As arrogant and racist as this man is he definitely isn't the brightest bulb in the chandelier to leave a RECORDING of his racist rant....so now i am seeking a lawyer for his racist comments to myself and my husband. Please again stay clear of this OLD RACIST. He is very unprofessional and repeats how he isn't racist which speaks volumes to me. Please read the negative reviews from others and just look at his reponse back. If he can be so cocky and rude on a simple review imagine what he is like in person.
