Dealership successfully negotiated with Ford to get them to pay for part of the repair. Satisfied with the effort that Ace made to reduce my cost for the repair. Tech did a very good job with the repair and treated my car like it was his own. Very satisfied with my service experience. More

When getting ready to purchase this vehicle and do the paperwork, AJ, Fred and Matt were accommodating, friendly and answers all my questions. AJ also went through everything about my car and made sure all of my questions were answered before I drove off the lot. I recommend ACE FORD to all of my friends. Always a positive experience. More
Didn't buy here, WE DON'T WANT YOUR SERVICE!! Brought my 2015 Ford Edge here for service. Car has a water leak somewhere unknown. Dropped off for them to inspect and find where the leak was. After setting up my service I asked if service was more than a day would I receive a rental car. I was told RUDELY that I would not because I did not buy the car from their dealership. So, if this "warranty" work took a week I would be without transportation the whole time. I have an infant I need to pick up everyday and a job I need to perform everyday. I was told I could buy the ESP which is around $1300. I own other cars that have been bought at other dealerships. Those dealerships have no problem providing me with a car even after 3 hours of waiting. They treat their customers with respect in anticipation they may come back to actually buy a car. Well not here I will never return to this dealership and will make sure everyone I talk to will not either. Go to Holman, Winner, or the various other dealerships in the area to choose from. This car was $46k which is getting in luxury car territory. If Ford is going to push the 45k+ range they need to revaluate the warranty service situation. Just stay away from service here, as seen by the other comments. More

We had come in to the dealership a few different times to look at various options but it was just to give ourselves an idea of what was out there. During that time, Mark was nothing short of wonderful. He was patient, knowledgeable, and discussed every financial option so we could make the best decision. Once we decided it was time to purchase, he knew the answer to every question we had and was literally a walking encyclopedia for every car on the lot. Mark knows his stuff and in the end, just wanted a happy customer. He even went out of his way to make sure slight imperfections we noticed were taken care of and his attention to detail was top notch down to providing a screen cleaner for the navigation system. Best of all, Mark was a no pressure salesman, which we LOVED! He knew the merchandise, was happy to show you what ACE had to offer, could answer all of your questions, and that was it. No high-pressure sales tactics, which was perfect!! If you want a great experience in buying a car, Mark is your guy. More

I recently purchased a Ford Escape Titanium from Ace Ford. I was helped through the purchase process by Christopher. He found me the exact vehicle I was looking for (with select additional options) and Ford. I was helped through the purchase process by Christopher. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Fred walked me through the financing and patiently answered all of my questions. Lastly, Mario walked me through the technical features of the car so that I was comfortable taking it home. Although I still plan to read the owner's manual, I really don't need to! Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. More
ACE Motors Body Shop was recommended by my insurance company, NJM as a preferred repair shop. My 2010 Toyota Corolla was damaged when I struck a deer. My claim information was easily transmitted to company, NJM as a preferred repair shop. My 2010 Toyota Corolla was damaged when I struck a deer. My claim information was easily transmitted to ACE from NJM (I did not have to get involved in the details at all). ACE quickly took me in for an estimate, explained clearly what they were going to repair and/or replace. The estimate was fully detailed. ACE scheduled my appointment. The work took exactly the amount of days estimated. The workmanship was flawless. The paint blending was exceptional. The car was left cleaner than I when I had dropped it off. I intend to use ACE for any future needed repair jobs, and certainly would recommend them to my friends. I should note that that after receiving an estimate from ACE, I called the Toyota dealer from which I purchased my vehicle to inquire what body shop they use to repair their vehicles. The salesman with whom I have purchased two vehicles from indicated that he would not recommend their body shops, and that they were aware of ACE Motors Body Shop and knew that their reputation was good. He suggested that I stay at ACE (I'm glad I did). John More
The BEST dealer I ever used! I walked into the dealership with a set price in mind for a car, not knowing what kind i could afford. I saw and fell in love with a used mustang GT that looked brand new. I said with a set price in mind for a car, not knowing what kind i could afford. I saw and fell in love with a used mustang GT that looked brand new. I said, "wish i could afford that!" and I walked to the next car. The salesman pulled out a flyer and showed me that the car i saw was UNDER what I wanted to pay! I then took the car to my mechanic who told me, "if you dont buy it, i will" That was all i needed to hear, checked the carfax and went to buy my car. When I got prepared to sign the papers, the salesman suggested that i first call my car insurance company, as it was a GT and most insurance companies charge more. He didnt want me to be surprised when i got a huge bill next month. Turned out that Geico didnt raise my rate by much and i was happy. I bought an extended warranty to feel safe, and left happily. A couple days later, a snow storm hit and I tried to start the car---it wouldnt start. I called the dealer expecting a fight or a "its not our problem" attitude. To my surprise, a tow truck was sent within 15 mins and some stupid cable or something was reconnected. A few years later, I was 2hrs from home and called because my car bucked and the check engine light came on. I wanted an appt the next day---instead i was told to come right to the shop. I was even told they would WAIT for me if i got there passed quitting time!!!! The repairs and auto body depts are great--and EVERY employee treats you with respect and kindness. LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I even wrote to ford to tell them how pleased i was. I have sent countless friends there, and always take my car, my brother's car, and my mom's there for repairs. More

Because she had to leave the car, one of the service people gave my wife a ride home. The second time I needed to bring the car in for servicing, I was offered a courtesy car. The Service Staff call you promptly and I have had no problem making appointments around my schedule. More
