Worst service ever. I had my 2011 Taurus in to replace third brake light. They broke the piece on my window and charged me for a new window. I did and the catch is you must pay full price and wait 10 to 12 weeks for your refund. In short wherever you got your best price just buy there and No waiting for a refund is involved. More
