I have been very pleased so far with my 2017 Ford Escape. I find it very comfortable and easy to handle. I feel safe when I'm driving it. I have no complaints at all. Scary because of cashiers lack of face mask and sanitizer. I had an appointment fro service which is usually less than 1 hour. I was there for 1 hour and 20 minuets. While most of the staff were wearing their I had an appointment fro service which is usually less than 1 hour. I was there for 1 hour and 20 minuets. While most of the staff were wearing their face masks which is good. I was very disappointed and amazed at the cashier for not wearing a mask until someone walked up to her. I watched her for 1 hour and 20 minuets touching every thing and not using hand sanitizer between costumers. I'm 65 years old and there were several costumers older then me, we are are highly at risk for the virus. als the vehicle wasn't sanitized when I got it back. More
Service When I took my car in for a repair they charge me to find out what was wrong. Said they fix it. Was fine for around a month. Then had same problem. And then told me what was really the problem. So had the inconvenience of wasting time and not having a car for 2 days. And a additional $600 for repairs. I feel like they don’t know what they are doing, if they did they should have fix it right the first time. More

Great service. Always let you know ahead of time if there ae any unexpected problems. Very professional when handling customers.
