I dropped of my truck saturday at 8:45 to have them check if the under splash guard was covered under warranty since it was torn. They close at 4 so at 3:15 I called and was on hold for 10 minutes hung up an if the under splash guard was covered under warranty since it was torn. They close at 4 so at 3:15 I called and was on hold for 10 minutes hung up and got there at 3:30. They did nothing in all that time. The pictures were taken after I came to pick it up. Tuesday around 4:30 I call because no one called me back! It was under warranty and ended up being installed in less the 40 minutes. So basically they had my truck for over 6 hours and did nothing??
