Got me out of a horrible Lease I had a terrible Ford Lease that I wanted out of so bad and sure enough I got referred to Tyler Moosman down at ABC Nissan. A month ago she bought a 2019 Nissan Altima SR from Elijah, what a beautiful car, after riding in it and looking at it in the garage I had to have my own, so I traded my used Infiniti FX35 for a 2019 Altima SR. Elijah is always the best to work with and he had the car and my deal all prepared when we got there. Working with him and Finance was seamless. Shady practices at best. I went in on 6/1 to see if I could get a new ride. Was up front about my poor credit. I was told that is wasn't that bad and it should be no problem a I went in on 6/1 to see if I could get a new ride. Was up front about my poor credit. I was told that is wasn't that bad and it should be no problem at all. I picked out the 2019 Nissan Kicks. I wanted to customize it like you could on the website but the sales manager said they couldn't do that which I found terrible since it's part of the whole point to a Kicks. I settled for what was on the lot, they did the paperwork and TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED. I signed the contract, they handed me the keys and i was a happy camper. 6/6 I get a call. They had to change banks because Nissan wouldnt finance (mind you I was told I was approved already) but nothing to worry about because crescent bank HAD APPROVED me and all I had to do was come in and sign a new contract. 6/8 I go in to sign the new contract only to be informed that not only was I not approved by any bank, but the only way I would get approved is if I buy a Sentra S from them. I was pretty livid. Not only was I not interested in a Sentra in the first place, I sure wasnt going to buy it from them at this point. I requested my trade in vehicle back and I left. 6/9 Worst birthday ever thanks to this. My initial salesman, Brandin Moore, did a great job. When his sales managers Brandon Layne and Bryan Wiltgen got involved is when everything went south. I have reported this to Nissan corporate. I urge you to find another dealer if you are interested in a Nissan. More
