I will only buy a car from Bruce Weiss, after the great experience I had. As soon as I walked through the door he treated me like I was part of his family. I really liked a 2007 Nissan Sentra but I wasn' experience I had. As soon as I walked through the door he treated me like I was part of his family. I really liked a 2007 Nissan Sentra but I wasn't sure if I really wanted it, he did not try to push me AT ALL which was appreciated unlike many other dealerships. He let me take the car out for the night and then bring it back tommorrow. This made my decision very easy I loved it. So, I bought the car and he called me several times after to see if I needed anything and thanking me for my business. I would advise anyone to talk to Bruce before wasting your time talking to anyone else. More
Just wanted to say this is the best dealership I have dealt with.I am a single mother and my key was stolen from me and I am on a strict budget.Management did all he could to help me out and everything w dealt with.I am a single mother and my key was stolen from me and I am on a strict budget.Management did all he could to help me out and everything was fast and efficent just like I was promised.Everyone was very friendly and was happy to assist me.Everyone treated me like a was a friend and not just a customer.ABC Nissan is run by a great management team and they should be recognized for that.The general manager does not hide out in his office like most dealerships he is out helping anyone he can doing whatever he can.This is one of the best dealerships and I would recommend that if you are purchasing or need service on your car you visit them they are just wonderful! I purchased my 2010 Nissan Xterra from ABC Nissan this past May. I had never visited this dealership prior to my purchase and I was immediately impressed by the professionalism that I was greeted with. past May. My sales person, Bruce Weiss, was friendly and dealt with all of my purchasing issues in an honest and professional manner and provided me with a final deal that I felt very comfortable with. This was not my first vehicle purchase and I have previously experienced the belaboring process that car buying can be (My time is extremely valuable to me). Bruce worked directly with me through the entire purchase and we were able to complete the transaction in an extremely efficient manner (I drove off in my new vehicle in about four hours from arriving). Even though the purchase is complete, I still work with Bruce on a regular basis regarding minor issues that have arisen with my vehicle (e.g., service, warranty, etc.) and he has taken a personal interest in making sure that I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED as his customer. If you are looking for a Nissan then go to ABC Nissan, if you want an exceptional car buying experience, then ask for Bruce Weiss....he gets the job done. More
I purchased my 2009 Nissan Xterra from ABC Nissan and felt good about the experience. I feel they tried to get me a reasonable deal within my requirements. One year into my ownership (while maintaining r felt good about the experience. I feel they tried to get me a reasonable deal within my requirements. One year into my ownership (while maintaining regular oil changes) I returned to their dealership for my 15,000 service - a $277.00 package. This package is listed as including, among other things - oil service, wiper replacement and air filter replacement. I assumed it was all completed per the receipt I received. However, upon my next regular oil change I was notified that there was no air filter change (the air filter was NOT of Nissan parts), my oil was low and that my wipers appeared worn. The fact that the air filter was not changed nor of Nissan origin makes me assume none of my $277.00 contracted work was completed. This is gross negligence in my eyes. More
My husband David and I went to ABC Nissan to trade-in his used Mazda. We were not expecting the service that we got after visiting a number of other dealerships before ABC Nissan. Charles Inman was our salesman/friend and he was AMAZING. Not only did he sell us a brand new vehicle, but he did so in a way that was friendly and comforting. He was up front and honest with us about our unique situation and was willing to help anyway. He thoroughly explained the finance side as well as the fact that a new vehicle was an investment for our family. He used visual diagrams and real numbers to help us understand our investment as well as the reality of our situation. He worked with us for hours and then days. He did whatever he could to make sure that we got a deal that fit our budget and situation. In the next few years, my husband and I are planning on going back to ABC Nissan and working specifically with Charles Inman to trade-in our other vehicle for a Nissan truck. Not only did Charles Inman and ABC Nissan help us with our most recent purchase, but they will continue to be our dealership and salesman of choice for our future purchases. We would also like to thank Frank, Charles' boss, and the rest of the finance department for working so diligently with us and making us on offer we couldn't refuse. More

I have experience buying cars twice before and I have never had such problems. The whole deal went sour at the title work. This part took nearly 2 hours. I feel I was not listened to and continually pressured to purchase an extended warranty. When I realized what was happening and tried to go back the the original offer I was told it was off the table and I had to work under these new terms. This meant I would have to borrow 2,700 more dollars and pay a year longer then the original deal. At this time I had not signed the final contract. I explained that I was not comfortable borrowing that amount and that since I could not have the original deal I wanted to go home with the car I had brought to trade. I was told that I no longer owned that car and if I left with it they would call the police. I was at a loss for what steps to take next. I was embarrassed and in tears. I felt cheated and taken advantage of. The sales man told my 9-year-old son to stop me from crying. This was a bad situation. Other customers in the store could see I was unhappy with what was happening in the final steps of my deal. Finally, my father spoke (rudely) to one of the salesman over the phone and the salesman became very angry with me. He agreed to shred all the documents and let me go home. He basically kicked me out of the store. I was glad to leave, but I have never had such a miserable experience at any dealership. More

Our visit and ultimate purchase of our Altima was all made possible by the great salesmanship that Josh provided to us. He never displayed any of the "strong arm" tactics that other dealers attempted to made possible by the great salesmanship that Josh provided to us. He never displayed any of the "strong arm" tactics that other dealers attempted to use, and he answered absolutely every question we asked. I truly enjoyed working with him. He displayed a high level of confidence that he could help us get the car we wanted. When we returned the second day to test drive a Sentra, thinking that we might be better able to avoid it, and my wife didn't like the Sentra, Josh immediately went right back to work on the Altima we were wanting. And he did it on his own, not from our desire to try to make a deal work on the Altima. And when everything was said and done, we left your lot in the new Altima and my wife is extremely happy with the purchase. I give all the credit to Josh!
