My husband David and I went to ABC Nissan to trade-in his used Mazda. We were not expecting the service that we got after visiting a number of other dealerships before ABC Nissan. Charles Inman was our sale used Mazda. We were not expecting the service that we got after visiting a number of other dealerships before ABC Nissan. Charles Inman was our salesman/friend and he was AMAZING. Not only did he sell us a brand new vehicle, but he did so in a way that was friendly and comforting. He was up front and honest with us about our unique situation and was willing to help anyway. He thoroughly explained the finance side as well as the fact that a new vehicle was an investment for our family. He used visual diagrams and real numbers to help us understand our investment as well as the reality of our situation. He worked with us for hours and then days. He did whatever he could to make sure that we got a deal that fit our budget and situation. In the next few years, my husband and I are planning on going back to ABC Nissan and working specifically with Charles Inman to trade-in our other vehicle for a Nissan truck. Not only did Charles Inman and ABC Nissan help us with our most recent purchase, but they will continue to be our dealership and salesman of choice for our future purchases. We would also like to thank Frank, Charles' boss, and the rest of the finance department for working so diligently with us and making us on offer we couldn't refuse. More

I have experience buying cars twice before and I have never had such problems. The whole deal went sour at the title work. This part took nearly 2 hours. I feel I was not listened to and continually pressured to purchase an extended warranty. When I realized what was happening and tried to go back the the original offer I was told it was off the table and I had to work under these new terms. This meant I would have to borrow 2,700 more dollars and pay a year longer then the original deal. At this time I had not signed the final contract. I explained that I was not comfortable borrowing that amount and that since I could not have the original deal I wanted to go home with the car I had brought to trade. I was told that I no longer owned that car and if I left with it they would call the police. I was at a loss for what steps to take next. I was embarrassed and in tears. I felt cheated and taken advantage of. The sales man told my 9-year-old son to stop me from crying. This was a bad situation. Other customers in the store could see I was unhappy with what was happening in the final steps of my deal. Finally, my father spoke (rudely) to one of the salesman over the phone and the salesman became very angry with me. He agreed to shred all the documents and let me go home. He basically kicked me out of the store. I was glad to leave, but I have never had such a miserable experience at any dealership. More

Martin Peters and my salesperson, Jim, were wonderful to work with while purchasing my car. They were both very helpful, friendly, and were able to provide the car I wanted with zero wait. Our visit and ultimate purchase of our Altima was all made possible by the great salesmanship that Josh provided to us. He never displayed any of the "strong arm" tactics that other dealers attempted to made possible by the great salesmanship that Josh provided to us. He never displayed any of the "strong arm" tactics that other dealers attempted to use, and he answered absolutely every question we asked. I truly enjoyed working with him. He displayed a high level of confidence that he could help us get the car we wanted. When we returned the second day to test drive a Sentra, thinking that we might be better able to avoid it, and my wife didn't like the Sentra, Josh immediately went right back to work on the Altima we were wanting. And he did it on his own, not from our desire to try to make a deal work on the Altima. And when everything was said and done, we left your lot in the new Altima and my wife is extremely happy with the purchase. I give all the credit to Josh! Thanks to everyone for being so professional...I will definitely return when I am ready to trade in my Nissan Frontier. Regards...John O'Rourke More

This is my second Xterra from ABC Nissan my first one was brand new and ABC Nissan was the reason I own another Nissan today. I have had some bad experiences with dealerships but I must say ABC Nissan has c brand new and ABC Nissan was the reason I own another Nissan today. I have had some bad experiences with dealerships but I must say ABC Nissan has came to the rescue a second time. I thought the first time was so easy at ABC that it was a fluke and that there was no way it would go so easy again that I looked at other dealerships. Once again I was wrong and after going to about a dozen other dealerships and then going to ABC Nissan and speaking with Rigo Espinoza, Thomas James and also there was a third person and all three not only made my wife and I and my 2 year old daughter laugh the whole time we once again walked out with the Xterra I was told by other dealers was to hard to find for the price I was willing to pay. I'm going to be buying another vehicle in a year or so and this time instead of wasting my time at other dealer ships I'm going straight to ABC Nissan were I know from experience know that I will be treated great and get to look at the vehicles I want to buy not look at vehicles the dealership wants to sell me. Monday, Aug. 24th, 2009, I visited ABC Nissan to speak with the internet sales manager Greg Rivers about the potential of buying a vehicle. Greg had been running numbers on other vehicles, and unfortunate with the internet sales manager Greg Rivers about the potential of buying a vehicle. Greg had been running numbers on other vehicles, and unfortunately nothing seemed to work for my family's taste. Greg asked me to come down to the lot to see what else they had to offer. Unfortunately, Greg was busy with another customer when I arrived, so I was introduced to a salesman by the name of Eddy. Eddy and I came across a Hummer H3 that was definitely a good fit for my family. He was extremely helpful, and the situation was looking promising. We took it for a test drive, and began running numbers on the vehicle to see if we could make it work. Eddy was extremely patient and understanding of the situation, and made a great effort to try and find my family financing. We debated numbers back and forth as usual, and it looked like we were getting close to an agreement. Unfortunately, his boss Mike Voss, the assistant director of the internet and fleet sales department decided to get involved in the process, and ruined the whole deal. This guy came into the situation not having spoken with me once, and decided that he was going to run the deal, and only he could make any decisions because he knew it all. He came in with an overly agressive attitude, and appeared irritated like I had done something wrong, and began demanding an extremely high down payment that was no where near what I had discussed with Eddy the salesman. He rudely informed me that this was because the dealership was "into the vehicle for so much money." I proceeded to tell Mr. Voss that I didn't like the idea of such a high down payment, and that I could go somewhere else and find a better deal, besides the fact that it was not my fault that they paid so much for the vehicle. Maybe they should have been asking more for it since they carried such a high debt on it!! Unfortunately, Mr. Voss did not like what I had to say, and he literally began to throw a tantrum like a child. He did not even let me counter the offer he was making! He leaned in toward me and scowled that it did not matter where I went because he used the same banks as all other dealers, and he was the only one who could get me a somewhat lower interest rate. Now, I am not one for close quarters, but it felt like Mr. Voss was directly in my face at this point. I began to feel my blood pressure rising, and the adrenaline starting to kick in as if I were getting ready for a fight. However, despite the level of discomfort now brewing, I was extremely interested in this Hummer, and my problem was not even the interest rate, it was the down payment that he was demanding! If he would have listened to me instead of running his mouth and making demands,he would have understood that I was willing to negotiate a fair deal for both parties! Mr. Voss continued to berate me with the lessons of car sales, and I could not begin to figure out where this guy was going with the arguement. It was as if he was trying to provoke me. I can honestly state that we were no longer arguing numbers on the vehicle!! At this point, I informed Mr. Voss that he needed to back off, that I did not appreciate his aggressiveness, and that his behavior was highly unprofessional. I also stated that I needed to speak with someone else besides him, due to the fact that he was being so aggressive. I proceeded to tell Mr. Voss that up until the point where he rudely tried to take over the deal, everything had been going smoothly. Immediately, he yelled at Eddy the salesman and demanded that they were done with me and leaving. I did not know what to think, because the situation had gotten so out of hand and confusing. I did not know if I was there to buy a car or step into the ring and fight with this man. I could feel the tension building rapidly, and everyone around us had stopped what they were doing to watch the upcoming fight. Luckily, he finally walked away to his office where I could see him playing the role of the big man laughing with the other ABC staff about how he handled me. Regardless, I was there to buy a vehicle, and it never happened because of an angry little man named Mike Voss who is apparently God's gift to the car sales industry!! Before I left, I requested Greg Rivers back at the front desk, so I could speak with him about the problem. Greg did come out to speak with me, and stated that "Mike had no business coming out to work with the sale, since he was not a finance person or the one handling the deal." I informed Greg that I was still interested in teh Hummer, and we could talk about it as long as Mike Voss was not a part of the deal. However, I still have not heard back nor do I expect to since Mike is the assistant director of internet and fleet sales. I am sure that I have been black listed by ABC Nissan. NO BOTHER TO ME THOUGH!! I'll find a dealer who is actually in the business of selling cars rather than provoking customers!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU ARE READY FOR A FIGHT!!!!! I am quite please with my treatment at ABC Nissan. I purchased a new Armada and I was especially pleased with the efficient way the deal was completed. I was not pushed or rushed but my questions were purchased a new Armada and I was especially pleased with the efficient way the deal was completed. I was not pushed or rushed but my questions were answered and I was satified with the terms that we had come to. I have purchased cars at other dealerships and have felt bullied and rushed until I made the decision to buy then it seemed to take forever to get the terms and paperwork completed. I recommend ABC Nissan to any woman who is purchasing a car on her own. More
I first purchased a 2006 Nissan Titan, fully loaded on 5/25/09. Due to the holiday they were unable to get the financing approved that day but assured me that the deal was done considering I was to be fin 5/25/09. Due to the holiday they were unable to get the financing approved that day but assured me that the deal was done considering I was to be financed through Nissan themselves, and let me drive the vehicle off the lot. The next day or within a couple of days at most they should have known if the financing would be approved. ABC Nissan waited two weeks after I purchased the vehicle to call me and tell me they could not get the financing approved and I needed to return the truck right away. I reluctantly returned the truck. ABC Nissan then wanted to give me a 2007 White Nissan Titan that had none of the things that the 2006 I had purchased had. I was then 6 1/2 months pregnant and extremely upset about the whole ordeal so I reluctantly took the 2007 White Titan. I returned this vehicle the next day as I was absolutely unhappy with it and the experience I had had with ABC Nissan. I requested they simply return my traded in vehicle and my down payment and I would go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. ABC Nissan insisted they were determined to make sure I left happy so they had one other vehicle they were willing to make a deal on for the same price as the 07 White Titan. So, I then signed a deal for a different 2006 Maroon Titan which had many of the things that the first 2006 Titan I had originally purchased. Now, not even 45 days after my purchase, The vehicle has had some major issues such as the A/C quit working when it's 115 degrees in the Arizona summer, the radiator needs to be replaced, the Cam sensor needs to be replaced and two of the knock sensors need to be replaced; whatever those are? I have been informed that none of these repairs are covered under the extended warranty I purchased when I was assured that the warranty I was buying was better than the pre-owned certified warranty and would cover everything bumper to bumper. Since the repairs are not going to be covered then they will not cover a rental vehicle for me either. I am now 7 1/2 months pregnant and having major issues with a vehicle I purchased not even 45 days ago and have not even made the first payment on. I was sold a vehicle that in my opinion should not have even been on the lot due to the issues I am having so soon after purchasing and I am now expected to pay for the repairs out of pocket? ABC Nissan did finally agree to cover the cost of the radiator however I am unaware as of yet as to what other items they make expect me to pay for as I have already paid 100.00 out of pocket for a rental vehicle I had for one day until they informed me they would not cover that expense. So, I am 7 1/2 months pregnant without a working vehicle to get to and from work or to get my sone to and from daycare. My baby is soon to arrive and I will be out of work for a minimum of 6 weeks and ABC Nissan is giving me a hard time about fixing a vehicle I just purchased from them. Frankly, I don't want their vehicle or any vehicle from them because I can't depend on the fact that it will be reliable for my children. Especially with a newborn I can't have a vehicle I just purchased breaking down on me in the middle of an Arizona summer. I want my money back and the value of my trade so I may go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle that I can rely on and feel secure that it's not going to break down on me in the first 45 days after I buy it. Truly the WORST car buying experience I have EVER had!!! More
