Jim was super friendly and helpful from our 1st meeting. The wait for the Leaf felt like forever, but Jim kept in touch occassionally and was instrumental in pulling things together when a car finally did arrive a bit earlier than we had expected. The entire process was painless and I'm looking forward to really enjoying the car. More
Alone, I have never bought a car. ABC was recommended to me. I was met by the GM and turned over to Bruce Weiss. He did! 1) He did the shopping 2) He was close to my budget 3) He had a real interest in my family and their safety 4) He has followed through on all his promises 5) When a favorable car came along, it was not acceptable to us, but without complaint, he kept shopping until the right car came along 6) He has taken his time with us, as difficult as it may have been 7) He has humor - an essential in dealing with me All in all, a favorable experience and I will definately recommend him and ABC to my friends. Many, many years ago (when under prior ownership) I had a very poor experience at this dealership, and I promised then that I would never be back. Well, I saw an internet deal that looked promising, and wit very poor experience at this dealership, and I promised then that I would never be back. Well, I saw an internet deal that looked promising, and with the years clouding my judgement I decided to give them another try. My first and primary contact was with Bruce Weiss, needless to say he made me forget about my first experience at ABC. From my first phone interaction with Bruce to my final goodbye he was the utmost professional, meeting me where my needs began, not where his needs began. He took the time to make sure I was getting into the right vehicle, at the right price, and not simply looking for another sale. Bruce turned what is typically the painful experience of purchasing a vehicle and made it pleasurable. Bruce is in the relationship building business, and it comes through in his profession of selling cars. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Bruce and will happily refer people to him, so long as he doesn't start selling cars for Rolls Royce! More

ABC Nissan was my fourth dealership I had been to, I was very stressed since car shopping really stresses me out and I was ready to give up. The friend I was with was also stressing me out, but Carlos really put me at ease. At first I was so anxious and stressed that I was keeping to myself and not really making any kind of conversation with him. He was great though. He really put me at ease and I became very relaxed. He is a very professional salesman with a down to earth personality and he really made me feel welcome. I never once felt that the only thing he cared about was making the sale. I honestly felt like he cared about what I needed and what was important to me. When I pulled up to the dealership Carlos had greeted me right away and was very helpful asking me what I was looking for. I had just driven over from another Nissan dealership and it took them about 15 minutes just to greet me. I was so dissapointed I just left. But not at ABC Nissan, Carlos was very eager to help me and I was very specific in the car I was searching for and he went through a lot to find it. The negotiating process which normally is so stressful to me was the smoothest one I had ever been in. If it hadn't have been as smooth as it was I probably would not have stayed long. I never once felt that he was trying to screw me over. While waiting for the car to be driven over from the other dealership Carlos stayed and talked with me the whole time he was very personable and very likable. I really could not have asked for a better salesman and I am telling everybody I know that is looking for a car about ABC nissan and how great Carlos was. I couldn't have had a better experience More
Bruce Weiss is an exceptional salesman who maintains honesty and integrity at all times during the sales process. I avoid car dealerships or any place I feel I'm going to be pressured into making a purc honesty and integrity at all times during the sales process. I would generally avoid going to a car dealership more than the dentist for a root canal but have to say my recent experience with Bruce has changed that forever. In working with Bronston Bates I found my experience to be relatively pleasant. I think a paid a fair price for my Nissan Versa. However, the dealership did not have a Nissan Versa with a manual transmis be relatively pleasant. I think a paid a fair price for my Nissan Versa. However, the dealership did not have a Nissan Versa with a manual transmission and Cruise Control available at the time of my purchase. They only have a manual transmission without the power package. Bronston consulted with the Business manager (who's name I unfortunately do not have) and then told me that cruise control could be installed on this car by the dealership the next day. I asked if the cruise control would be a Nissan product and if it would be covered by the warranty, he answered yes to both these questions. It turns out this was a lie but I will get into that later. Next I met with the Bronston's boss, the buisness manager, who proceeded to insist I sign a bunch of blank forms, when I protested his response was "no one else has ever had a problem with this". In hindsight I should have walked out right then but for some reason I stayed and signed the forms. The manager became almost hostile when I refused to purchase the optional insurances offered by Nissan, I insisted that I did not want these products and from that point forward he was quite rude. I was only visiting Phoenix and needed to leave with my new car two days later. I called the dealership the next day at which point they informed me that they did not have the cruise control in stock but I could have it installed at the dealership in my hometown in Colorado. When I got home and called the local dealer I was informed that Nissan does not make a cruise control for Nissan that can be installed after manufacturing of the vehicle, and while an aftermarket product may be available it would certainly not be covered by the warranty. I did have the aftermarket cruise control installed but I am now have problems with its proper functioning and may have to have it removed because of these issues. In hindsight I never should have driven the car off the lot without the promised features. At this point I think the fair thing for the dealership to do would be take my car and give me a new one with the factory installed cruise control... but given their reputation and the attitude of their manager I am not holding my breath. I had a great experience at ABC Nissan. This is the second vehicle I've purchased with this dealership. Nathan Lybbert was a great salesman. The service department is second to none. After the Awesome Experience! I had I will only buy a car from Bruce Weiss, when arriving at the dealership I was greeted and welcomed by Mr. Weiss. What I liked about him is how he treats his customer which I consider completely First Class! Bruce is an awesome guy to work with; he is not pushy and has a great deal of knowledge about vehicles on their property. If he does not know the answer he will get it! This was a big difference for me with dealing with other car salesman in the past. In the future I will only by a car from him no matter wherever he’s at, I’m in. In my situatuion I was almost on the verge of buying my 2010 Titan at another Nissan Dealership but ended up purchasing my Titan at ABC Nissan because of Bruce. He made my decision very easy and I don’t regret it. After purchasing my vehicle he has continued to help me. I had a small repair (Slight crack on the tail light) that was their before I purchased my truck and a few other minor issues that he made sure would be addressed. To me, that is what customer service is all about! He has also continued to follow up with me after the purchase of my truck to see if I needed anything and thanking me for my business. How’s that for quality service? I would advise anyone who is considering a purchase of a new or used vehicle to contact Mr. Weiss first before wasting your time talking to anyone else. IF you go to ABC Nissan ask for Bruce Weiss! He works hard for your business and will do whatever it takes to make sure you leave satisfied. I guarantee it! We came in to buy-out our lease on our 2006 Nissan Xterra. Bruce made the whole process very simple. He's a pleasure to work with and one hell of a guy.
