I just wanted to commend Internet Sales Manager Sean Oldfield on his professionalism and excellent communication. ABC Nissan and Sean in particular went out of there way to accommodate my wife and I on Oldfield on his professionalism and excellent communication. ABC Nissan and Sean in particular went out of there way to accommodate my wife and I on a potential purchase of a new Nissan Juke. He is extremely knowledgeable of the product and he consistently offered solutions to getting a deal done. In this industry I consider Sean the gold standard. I will refer Saen and ABC Nissan to any potential friends/relatives that are looking for a vehicle. Give Sean a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed! More

i went online to see their prices on a 2 nissan altimas and a 350z. They have "bait and switch" practices going on there. The price of the Nissan altima I test drove was on cars.com and their own website and a 350z. They have "bait and switch" practices going on there. The price of the Nissan altima I test drove was on cars.com and their own website at a price of 18,900 dollars, the ACTUAL price was 23,400. The other nissan altima was priced deceptive off like 7000 dollars. The 350z was said online on both websites to have 37k miles, but ACTUALLY had 110k. Ryan Lanoue gave us a new experience with a dealership, where we felt like they were a family not the typical dealership where you feel like you are being pressured to buy a vehicle, and where you wait 10 where we felt like they were a family not the typical dealership where you feel like you are being pressured to buy a vehicle, and where you wait 10 hours to get a great deal. We got a great deal on the car we wanted, we lowered our interest rate, and dealt with great employees!!! I told Ryan from the beginning what we could afford, and what we expected, and if we couldn't get it than that was fine, but he got us everything we wanted and more! Customer service in the service dept sucks the service writer didn't even want to talk to me when I brought my car in for service and told me it'd be about 3 hours for an oil change and hardly anyone was writer didn't even want to talk to me when I brought my car in for service and told me it'd be about 3 hours for an oil change and hardly anyone was there and there were no cars in the dropoff bay. Then there was this older black guy that I overheard talking crap about a customer and said something to the affect of "when the customer gets wholesale that's basicly stealing from us." And when I went to ask him about something for my car "they didn't have it and it'd cost extra to wait for them to get it cause its a specail order" and after awhile of talking I introduced myself and asked him what his name was then he changed the subject. Ill never take my car back their again but the cute tall cashier lady was really nice to me as I was leaving. More
