I purchased a vehicle from Bruce Weiss and I could not have asked for a better sales professional. That is exactly what he is, professional. I have had a terrible experience in the past with terrible sale have asked for a better sales professional. That is exactly what he is, professional. I have had a terrible experience in the past with terrible sales men and service. Bruce assured me he will not waste my time and was honest since the start, I did not plan on purchasing that day but he earned my trust and my business. He was great with me the whole time and I was there for less than two hours. I told everyone about him and will definitely be purchasing all my future vehicles with him. I recommend everyone to him. Bruce was WONDERFUL to work with on our deal. Not only did we come home with two great new vehicles, the payments were lower that what we expected!! Ryan Lanoue gave us a new experience with a dealership, where we felt like they were a family not the typical dealership where you feel like you are being pressured to buy a vehicle, and where you wait 10 where we felt like they were a family not the typical dealership where you feel like you are being pressured to buy a vehicle, and where you wait 10 hours to get a great deal. We got a great deal on the car we wanted, we lowered our interest rate, and dealt with great employees!!! I told Ryan from the beginning what we could afford, and what we expected, and if we couldn't get it than that was fine, but he got us everything we wanted and more! We have already told several people about our experience at ABC nissan and about how great Ryan Lanoue is, if we ever need a car in the future we know where to go! More

Customer service in the service dept sucks the service writer didn't even want to talk to me when I brought my car in for service and told me it'd be about 3 hours for an oil change and hardly anyone was writer didn't even want to talk to me when I brought my car in for service and told me it'd be about 3 hours for an oil change and hardly anyone was there and there were no cars in the dropoff bay. Then there was this older black guy that I overheard talking crap about a customer and said something to the affect of "when the customer gets wholesale that's basicly stealing from us." And when I went to ask him about something for my car "they didn't have it and it'd cost extra to wait for them to get it cause its a specail order" and after awhile of talking I introduced myself and asked him what his name was then he changed the subject. Ill never take my car back their again but the cute tall cashier lady was really nice to me as I was leaving. More

Bruce is awesome person to Deal with. He calls me once a week to see how I am loving my new car! I also just got into a little rumble with another vehicle and he is working his hardest to Help me the best h week to see how I am loving my new car! Edward helped me every step of the way. Despite my young age and young credit history, he did everything he could to find the bank that would allow me to buy the vehicle. Even though i was from out of state age and young credit history, he did everything he could to find the bank that would allow me to buy the vehicle. Even though i was from out of state, I felt like i was right there. He never hesitated to give me pictures or any information I wanted. He made the whole experience as barable as possible. He even gave me a better deal than I would have gotten in Texas, which is where I live. I Had been trying to get a juke for months and he made it possible in a week.
