I had a great experience with this dealership. I had talked to Mike B. on the phone for a few days before the sale and he and his manager did a lot to get me the car I wanted. I felt that they gave me more for my trade-in than it was worth, and with their help in that, I was able to afford a new car. The finance department was also very helpful in my understanding of the cost and value of everything. I am also pleased with their customer service department. I was shown all the details of my car and how to operate it, plus I was offered a tour of the dealership, which I kindly declined because it was very easy to get around. I would absolutely never refer anyone to this dealership. Extremely unprofessional, employees began to argue loudly, cussing and yelling at each other in the publics view. It appears each person I had interactions with during the buying process did not discuss anything amoungest each other regarding my purchase. I showed up to look at a Nissan Titan, and ended up talking with Mark Banks about what I was really looking for, a Subaru WRX. He personally drove me to four or five different dealerships to check their inventory for the Subaru I was looking for. We ended up finding one at a dealership next door. Mark had no problem getting the keys for a test drive. I liked the fact that he went out of his way to satisfy my need for a car, and he eliminated all the price haggling by being strait forward and up front about the price. Sure I know I paid a little over blue book, but for Mark I was happy to do it. I would refer anyone who wants to have the experience of having a personal auto broker at the Phoenix local dealerships to Mark Banks. Great service, great attitude, and great car! More
John Golightly was incredibly informative and genuinely cared about our wants and needs for the new car. There was no pressure from the sales side. Thomas took us for the test drive and was very knowledgeable about the product. He was able to thoroughly answer all of our questions. We then went to Joseph for the finance end of it. He was helpful in showing the different numbers for the warranties and explaining what was included. We declined the extended warranty a number of times, which made us feel a little pushed and that they wouldn't take no for an answer. That being said, I still highly recommend ABC Nissan to anyone looking for friendly, informative service on purchasing a new car! More

I had started my search with Power Nissan since that is where I had originally purchased my 2008 Nissan Altima. When I got there it was just like ok what would you like and what price range would you like where I had originally purchased my 2008 Nissan Altima. I test drove a couple of different vehicles and decided that I wanted to trade my Altima in for a Pathfinder. They came back at me with I had to put a certain amount down adn blah blah blah you know how it works. I happened to be pre approved for a certain amount and have been working very hard to build my credit score to try and get the best deals. I then learned about the fleet program through my dad and decided to go to through ABC Nissan and gave them a call. I reached Mark Banks who was right off the bat super friendly and up beat. I told him what I was looking for in a car and the kind of service, which was no BS please just shoot it straight. I didn't want the hassle and the hussle and bussel and have gone through that in the past. He and his boss Lawrence worked with me to get the best deal on my trade in, interest rate and payment, which were all of my concerns. I was completely blown away and so was my dad who had a bad expereince through the Pinnacle Nissan dealership when purchasing his Titan. It was very nice to get in and out of a deal in a reasonable amount of time because we all know that the process for purchasing a vehicle could very well take all day. I got there at around 4:00 pm and left with my 2011 Pathfinder around 8:30 pm. Now mind you Mark and his nephew had to drive to Pinnacle Nissan to pick up the Pathfinder that I wanted, so factor in 45 minutes of travel time from the ABC dealership.Finance with Ryan Rose was awesome too no BS there as well. I went in and I was out in no time at all. I am completely satisfied with the service at ABC and will be a repeat customer for the next vehicle that I purchase and would recommend others there to Mark as well. Thank you ABC Nissan for making this experience something to remember instead of something to forget :) More
Carlos was a true professional and very detailed and listened to my needs and wants. I told him I wanted a Nissan altima at a specific price and color and without any nd he did it. Very unhappy with ABC Nissan's sales department. I went in a couple of weeks ago to test drive a 2007 Nissan Maxima (used). The vehicle had been modified and was in an accident. I told the salesman I did n in a couple of weeks ago to test drive a 2007 Nissan Maxima (used). The vehicle had been modified and was in an accident. I told the salesman I did not like the car. They asked how my credit was. I told them between all three agencies between 712 and 720 score. The salesman said great! Nissan is offering 0% financing on all 2012 Nissan Altima's. I test drove one. Was not bad for a 4 cylinder. Plenty of power, etc. This was a Monday. I had been at the dealer for 4 hours already and I was not ready to make a decision. I told them I would come back Tuesday. I had made the appointment with my salesman at 4:15 p.m. So I go back after thinking over night and decided if I was going to commit myself to a 60 month car loan I might as well get what I want. I test drove a 2012 Nissan Altima SL. The car was loaded and with leather seating. I chose this one. Then the fun began... The sales manager assured me that I was approved for the 0% 60 month financing with zero down payment even though I had a trade in and a small down. I said fine I will take it. Please have the finance department draw up all the paperwork, I will sign it and leave with my new car. Oh no, after being told by the sales manager that I was already "approved" for my loan the finance manager told me as I was sitting there that he "needed to see who would finance me". I told him that the sales manager already ran my credit on Monday and he told me I was approved. I told the finance manager I had a very bad feeling about this deal. I stood up and told him thank you for your time but this is not going to work out. I shook his hand and walked out of the showroom toward my car. I not only had my salesman after me but the finance manager and the sales manager follow me out asking what was wrong. I told them I did not feel comfortable with the deal any longer because I had been lied to by the sales manager. I was very upset. They asked what they could do for me and wanted me to drive off in that 2012 Altima that night. I told them I would not take that vehicle off of the lot until I was 100% sure that financing was approved. So I go back inside and told them I will sign all documents but would not take delivery of the vehicle. They all assured me not to worry and even went as far to ask me where I wanted the vehicle delivered to me the next day. I told them let's wait and see if the financing is approved. Well, low and behold the next day Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation denied my loan. Funny how they pulled a much lower credit score than what I know I have. They came back with a score of 651 in which I was assured by the salesman and the sales manager that I still fell into one of the 4 tiers for the 0% 60 month financing with zero down. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT INTO THEIR SHOWROOM AGAIN! I will however continue to use their service department as I am very satified with them. More
