These guys are liars. Avoid these guys like the plague. I recently finished the lease on my Nissan, and went into this dealership to buy the car. The quote was several thou Avoid these guys like the plague. I recently finished the lease on my Nissan, and went into this dealership to buy the car. The quote was several thousand above the residual value of the car, so I went through the quote item by item. They had added a $499 "disposition fee" that was apparently from Nissan and automatically charged to anyone buying their car, and a $499 "doc fee" that went to the state of Arizona. Something didn't seem right. I went back and forth with them, and they said there was nothing they could do about the extra fees. So I left, called another Nissan dealership to confirm, and the salesperson started laughing and confirmed that a) I had already paid the "disposition fee" when I had originally leased the car and b) that there was no $499 doc fee from the state. The guys at ABC Nissan flat out lied, and padded the quote with an extra $1,000. Luckily there was another Nissan dealership in town that was honest. Find another Nissan dealership. The salesman at this one are dishonest and will say / do whatever they can to take an extra buck from you. More

They worked as a team and did what it took to make it right! I bought my daughter a used Maxima on St. Patrick’s Day, from ABC Nissan. We had a problem with the steering...they fixed it the next day. Once it started getting warm, we realized that the air conditioning was not working...they fixed that today. Everyone we interacted with, including the receptionist who went out of her way to be helpful and kind to me, gave us excellent customer service. I knew we were in the right place to purchase a used car when I read the carfax for the vehicle we purchased. It was originally purchased there, at ABC Nissan, in 2011; had all of its maintenance services done there throughout these years; and was traded in there for a new auto purchase. That’s a nine year relationship with this dealership that continues to this day. That’s the kind of dependability, trust and service I look for in a dealership relationship, and I believe that I have found it. A huge thank you to: Darwin Sosa, Ray Ferguson, Frank Salerno, Tyler (?), and our finance guy, who’s name escapes me at the moment, and I can’t forget to include the unknown service guys.
