They worked as a team and did what it took to make it right! I bought my daughter a used Maxima on St. Patrick’s Day, from ABC Nissan. We had a problem with the steering...they fixed it the next day. Once it started getting warm, we realized that the air conditioning was not working...they fixed that today. Everyone we interacted with, including the receptionist who went out of her way to be helpful and kind to me, gave us excellent customer service. I knew we were in the right place to purchase a used car when I read the carfax for the vehicle we purchased. It was originally purchased there, at ABC Nissan, in 2011; had all of its maintenance services done there throughout these years; and was traded in there for a new auto purchase. That’s a nine year relationship with this dealership that continues to this day. That’s the kind of dependability, trust and service I look for in a dealership relationship, and I believe that I have found it. A huge thank you to: Darwin Sosa, Ray Ferguson, Frank Salerno, Tyler (?), and our finance guy, who’s name escapes me at the moment, and I can’t forget to include the unknown service guys. Like I said in the beginning, they all worked together as a team and did what it took to make it right! More

It was a good experience Jason was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle without hesitation. It was obvious he knew the vehicle and its featur Jason was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle without hesitation. It was obvious he knew the vehicle and its features well. There were no high pressure sales and he didn't feed me a line (as I had just experienced at another dealership). We got the deal we wanted and it was an easy transaction. Jason was professional in every way. Just what we expect from a dealership. We drove out from Chandler to see this vehicle in particular and we are glad we did. More
Very Poorly Managed I tried to buy a 2008 Toyota Solara from ABC Nissan a few weeks back. It was a very unpleasant experience. The experience began positively- my salesman, Eric Larson, was knowledgeable and pleasant. Since the car was reasonably priced we had reached a fair deal within 5 minutes. Enter the Sales Manager- a guy named Jerry- and the deal rapidly fell apart. And unpleasantly so. People like Jerry shouldn't be advising people like Eric on how to sell cars. Unless I knew Jerry was gone I would never return to ABC Nissan. PS- the deal I offered was fair. So fair I bought the the same car, at the same price, with the same conditions, the next day. Apparently many of the car dealers in the area are owned by Berkshire Hathaway, and so share their used car inventories. Infiniti on Camelback, located adjacent to ABC Nissan, was aware I was looking at the car. They called to see if I had purchased the car and I told them what had happened at ABC Nissan. On hearing the story they agreed it was a fair deal, so the next day I went down, paid, and picked it up. Infiniti on Camelback, good. ABC Nissan bad (sorry, Eric). More
I went the ABC Nissan due to their website stating low-stress car buying, financing and trade in done online, and no more spending 4 hours in a dealership.unfortunately I spent four hours in the deale low-stress car buying, financing and trade in done online, and no more spending 4 hours in a dealership.unfortunately I spent four hours in the dealer none of the information I put on line was used and they did not agree to the contract that was made so it became just like every other car dealership. I took the car home after 12 days they did not get the financing that was stated in the contract I return the car and will not return. More
False advertising Admitted that the “internet price” was just to get you in the door.
