We thought that we were having a great experience until the unthinkable happened. The short version is we purchased a vehicle that we really liked at a very reasonable price. We drove the vehicle home, and less than two weeks later the dealership called us back and told us to bring the vehicle back because they were not able to secure a deal with the figures that they have originally given us. Our original trade-in was no longer there, so we were stuck with a truck that ended up being almost 200.00 a month more in the end. We were devastated. I hope that this never happens to anyone else!!! More

We were looking online at Cubes and found that ABC Nissan had three in stock. We found this rare because we had been driving all over town and the other car dealers barely had one. Their Internet prices were fantastic so we decided to visit this dealership. When we arrived, we were greeted my Thomas who was very nice and listened to what we had to say. We looked at the Cubes and there were no prices on the windows. We asked about this and Thomas said they would not let us know the price until we test drove the vehicle. We found this very odd; I was not worried because I saw the Internet price. We proceeded to test drive it but it did not have any gas so the salesman forbid us from driving on the freeway; strange. We arrive back at the dealer moments later to talk numbers, again we tell the salesman what we are looking for in price and monthly payments. He grabs us some water and some popcorn then leaves us to finally get us the price. He comes back with some ridiculous number, mind you, this is a USED car. I confront him about the Internet price and he states "well, if we put the real price on the Internet, we wouldnt get any business." I am in shock - why would you not get any business? Is it because you know this is way overpriced? Used and with high mileage. They wanted 20k. I share with the salesman that we just looked at a brand new Cube and it was less than what they were selling a used Cube with 35,000 miles. He goes back into the "office" where he speaks with someone shortly and comes back out with another offer which is just as crazy as before. I ask for my keys because I want the price I saw on the internet. He goes back and completely disappears from this moment on. A stranger comes back with my keys and introduces himself as Michael, pushing the sale even harder. I ask him for the price I saw on the Internet and he gives me this explanation as to why he cannot. He has already lost so much money that he can't make a deal where he loses even more and brings me the supposed price he bought the vehicle for. Even shows me the retail value so I ask for the wholesale value and he states he is not in the wholesale business. At this point I feel tricked; the numbers they come back with are always the price for a new Cube. I thank him for his time and leave. As I am leaving, he shouts out some snide comment that I am shocked by, I begin to cry. I have never left a dealer so angry and abused. I will never visit this dealership again and I was shocked that it has received such a high rating. More
