The experience I had at ABC Nissan was the best I have had at any dealership. This was the first New vehicle I was purchasing. Internet price posted as $17,788. after talking to sale person he responded by saying " he can not go that low". This is the price listed on the interent which they are not able to sell the car for. I would like to take the time to tell you that the person assigned to assist me on my inquiring question named Robert Gray was just a great help. Robert Gray worked with me, was very patient, he is very knowledgeable on how the whole process works, and explained everything to me to where it made sense and thanks to that I was able to walk out of ABC Nissan with a new car. I was truly happy with how everything went. Also the staff up at the front desk is great as well. I had to come back in to the this location to resign some paper work and the person I came to see was nowhere around, but she made sure to keep trying to contact someone to help me, and get what I need to get done and get out of there. I found a new beetle NEWLY listed in autotrader just one hour prior to me calling ABC nissan. I left a message,and in ten minutes got call back about the beetle. Guy said that they just got the car night be hour prior to me calling ABC nissan. I left a message,and in ten minutes got call back about the beetle. Guy said that they just got the car night before as a trade, it's beautiful in awesome condition and very worth seeing. My husband and i made an appointment with him for that afternoon to see and possibly purchase the car, and after driving all the way there, we were told that car is no longer available but that they have other great looking used cars. Freaking liars, i bet they never really had that car to begin with. Since this happened to us with ABC Nissan twice before, and now for the third time, we made a decision to not even consider any vehicle in the future that has been listed for sale at this crummy dealership. They didn't even apologize for having us drive all the way down there for nothing. More

Travis Holt and Robert Gray are very inappropriate and not trustworthy. I believe that you should be very careful if considering this dealership.
