Victoria was great. She was honest and actually cared about what I was looking for. She didn't play games with the price. I would recommend her when looking for a car. The only issue was the finance guy. about what I was looking for. She didn't play games with the price. I would recommend her when looking for a car. The only issue was the finance guy. Robert was amazing to work with. I was in a bad situation with my current loan. I loved the car but was upside down by around 6 thousand dollars. He was able to get me into a 2013 Nissan Rogue and get most with my current loan. I loved the car but was upside down by around 6 thousand dollars. He was able to get me into a 2013 Nissan Rogue and get most of the negative equity out of my old car. I would recomment Robert to a.yone who wants to get a car. He made it easy for me. He was hinest from the start making sure I was comfortable with the entire deal before submitting it to 500 banks. Everything we talked about on the phone was exactly what my loan deal turned out to be. Not only did I get a great car for my family but he also hunted for the color and interior that I wanted. Go see Robert Gray at Abc Nissan. You wont regret it!!! Thhnks Robert!!! More
Very poor service was told we had a deal for a car and then after wasting my entire day they said they needed another 1000 dollars. By far the worse service I have ever had dealing with car dealership. Th then after wasting my entire day they said they needed another 1000 dollars. I contacted ABC Nissan because they had the 2013 Sentra model I was looking for. I dealt with Robert Gray entirely over the internet until we got our numbers worked out and got a loan approval. When I model I was looking for. I dealt with Robert Gray entirely over the internet until we got our numbers worked out and got a loan approval. When I went to the dealership to buy the car, I wasn't sure what I was in for, but a bit to my surprise (since I had not bought from ABC before), the sales price and financing were exactly as Robert had emailed me about. I was not interested in maintenance or warranty packages and the Finance manager offered those products but did not give me a hard time about them. I had done my homework on the car and knew I was getting a good deal. Great car, great price, and a super interest rate on my 5 year loan. Robert really took care of me. This was the best car buying experience I have had. More
I live in Palm Desert, CA and out of curiousity found abc Nissan on the internet through a google search (Phoenix Nissan). The prices for new cars in the Phoenix area are definitely better than in Southern C Nissan on the internet through a google search (Phoenix Nissan). The prices for new cars in the Phoenix area are definitely better than in Southern California. The price and service was exceptional and the dealer had the vehicle, color and options that I wanted. After an internet cost comparison with other dealers in greater Phoenix, abc was as good or better than competition. My sales person, Bruce Weiss, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I learned from him that the 2013 Altima has the same chassis, drive train and transmission as the Infiniti. Other than the body style, name plate and a few bells and whistles, the new Altima is an Infiniti for about $10,000.00 less making my new car purchase a bit sweeter. More
I have bought 4 Nissan Altimas, 5 Nissan Sentras, and now 1 Nissan Versa in the past 15 years from this dealership. I have always found them to very helpful and appreciate the service department especially. This last purchase was especially pleasing in all ways. I appreciated the experience from start to finish. All departments were fantastic. They made it very easy in all areas and treated me like "family". Beatriz was my sales person and did an exceptional job. The finance department also got me in an out in a short period of time. This was the best time I have had in buying a vehicle in all the times I have bought in the past. They didn't pressure me and gave me a good deal and even more than I actually asked for in terms of warranties etc. I live in the neighborhood. I live a mile from the dealership but I wouldn't go there if I wasn't entirely pleased with the service and help I get from them. More
We purchased a new 2013 Altima today from ABC Nissan. We had the most horrible experience at ABC nissan! On Sunday night we emailed ABC requesting information on a new Xterra we saw online and if the vehicle was still available. On Monday, early afternoon, Sunday night we emailed ABC requesting information on a new Xterra we saw online and if the vehicle was still available. On Monday, early afternoon, we received a call from Betty Garcia saying that the car was still there and we set an appointment for 7:00 Monday night to see the Xterra. At 6:20 we received a call from Frank Falino? (sales manager) to confirm the appointment at 7:00. We told him that we were already on our way. We arrived at the dealership at 7:05, waited approx five minutes to see Betty. After collecting a little info about what we were looking for and looking over our trade in, she directed us into an unlit lot that was "full of xterras." SHe disappeared back into the building and left us wandering the lot alone. After wandering for about 5 minutes we realized there wasnt a single xterra in the entire lot. She eventually met us out there and said she didnt know if the xterra we were looking for had been sold or not. We went back inside and after waiting for about a half hour she said that that particular xterra had been sold. She disappeared again for about another 15 minutes, came back with numbers on a different xterra that was $10,000 HIGHER than our budget. Mind you this is all BEFORE we have even seen a single xterra. Clearly we were upset becuase of the "bait and switch" tactics they were using. Carlos came out a few minutes later and explained that the original xterra had been sold two and a half hours BEFORE our appointment from the retail side of the business without informing the internet side. If this were the case the sales manager Frank should have informed us of this when he called at 6:20 pm to confirm the appointment, 45 minutes before the appointment. This whole time they had the keys to MY vehicle and would not give them back. It took us walking to the sales office to get them. We also requested to speak with Frank, upon his request when we arrived, multiple times, but he never came out. Tuesday late afternoon we received a call from someone at the dealership apologizing that the vehicle had been sold prior to our arrival but "it was not a bait and switch, that we are in the business to sell cars." We were at the dealer a little over an hour and NEVER saw a single vehicle. If it wasnt a bait and switch they would have called ahead of time and told us the vehicle had been sold and not to waste our time coming to the appointment. We were excited to make a deal but at every turn they were unprofessional, unprepared, and misleading. We went to Pinnacle Nissan the next day and had the best car buying experience we have ever had! We were in and out of Pinnacle Nissan in under three hours and made a deal. We arrived to the perfect xterra waiting for us ready to go and professional and friendly staff. Thank you Pinnacle! Sorry ABC you lost a deal and customers because of this. We will deter everyone we speak with from doing business with you. More
The sales woman (Mary Ann) gave me and my wife the best no-hassle sales experience to date! She was friendly, knowledgeable and was not a weasel, pushy or liar as some of the others that we unfortunately d no-hassle sales experience to date! She was friendly, knowledgeable and was not a weasel, pushy or liar as some of the others that we unfortunately dealt with previous to her, were. She did a phenomenal job listening and working with exactly what my wife and I wanted from the minute we stepped into the dealership floor. We believe that more of the employees should take a page from her book and treat the customer like a friend and not a dollar sign. Thank you! More
