Tracy, was exceptional because we check out several vehicles to opt to buy but ended up being sold to meet our needs. She looked throughout the dealership and found a hidden car that was on display that no one seem to know about for sale. She and Tony both worked hard to get the numbers down so we can afford the car. Without this great costumer service and team support through ABC Nissan we might have gone elsewhere. This happened to be our third car from ABC Nissan. More

We should have walked out of ABC Nissan the moment the person we made an appointment with took the day off. Who does that? When you make an appointment with someone and confirm it you show up for it. ABC person we made an appointment with took the day off. Who does that? When you make an appointment with someone and confirm it you show up for it. ABC Nissan advertises good prices on their website but when you show up they state that these prices reflect all the discounts and none of the dealer add-ons. Once they add these back in the price jumps considerably. It’s false advertising to lure you in. They also do not like to disclose the price of the car to you they instead ask you how much you want to pay a month. Another thing they ask for your credit or debit card for some lame reason and don’t return it until you go to finance where they try to add things you don’t need to the price of the car. This tactic is used to keep you in the dealership and make it difficult for you to leave. We were there for 6 hours with sometime almost an hour wait between people talking with us. It was ridiculous and I’m a fool for staying there don’t be fools like me. More
I seem to frequent ABC Nissan 5 trucks, and two cars later they never disappoint. Dealing with Robert Gray for all but one truck purchase was second to NONE!!! Robert makes all my deals short and swee later they never disappoint. Dealing with Robert Gray for all but one truck purchase was second to NONE!!! Robert makes all my deals short and sweet, has all the details worked out before I arrive. I will highly recommend ABC Nissan, and specially Robert Gray if you want the car buying experience less like visiting the dentist office. No B.S. No 4 squares, No $5000 down @10.9%@ 600 a month for ever and let's see if the guy takes it if not we got plenty of room to make a killing... Nothing short of awesome over at ABC Nissan. More
My family purchased a Jeep from the tent sale held at the Peoria Sports Complex in Glendale on Sunday 11/17/2013. My husband and I had a preapproval letter from my Credit Union showing that we were already p Peoria Sports Complex in Glendale on Sunday 11/17/2013. My husband and I had a preapproval letter from my Credit Union showing that we were already preapproved to purchase a vehicle. They said it was protocol to have us fill out a credit application and get "back-up" financing just in case ours was not secured. It took us 4 hours to sign papers to finalize everything and actually walk out with the keys to the Jeep. With having two little kids with us, some things got missed when reviewing to sign. We noticed the mileage was wrong right off the bat and they changed that but when it actually came to the purchase agreement it was wrong by $1,000. It took me calling, leaving messages, emailing, and then eventually having to go down there 4 days later to actually get the correct purchase agreement because they refused to fax the new one without my signature. I spoke with 3 people in the finance department, Zack Proudfoot, Jaime Huskin, and a man named Mike whom I did not get the last name for. I left Zack the messages and spoke with him first, then emailed my payoff letter to Jaime Huskin so they would have documentation showing my payoff, and then finally last one I spoke with was Mike and I did not get his last name but he told me that they could not send it without my signature. So, my husband and I had to leave work early to drive 45 minutes to the dealership to spend literally 5 minutes there to sign one piece of paper. When we got there, we spoke with Jaime and Joe Jarrin who both told me that Jaime faxed the paper but my loan officer never got it and that I did have to sign the paper but they still could have sent it without it. My loan could not be finalized without the correct purchase agreement. So, with the delay of 4 days, my loan papers did not get signed until Friday 11/22/2013. There were also some documents that had to be mailed back. So, with the delay with the mail the dealership did not get the check for our purchase in the time they wanted. I then I get a call from James Sullivan, a finance director, who has got to be the rudest person telling me that they were going to use the back-up financing and since I was a loan specialist I should be more than understanding of the situation and that I could refinance. He cut me off so many times while I was talking I ended up literally yelling and arguing on the phone with him. I did ask several times to get someone else on the phone and he told me that nobody else was going to talk to me and he was the finance director and the only one I could talk to. He then told me he was going to contact my loan officer and hung up on me. ABC Nissan is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with and had the worst experience buying a car. I have placed a review on the BBB website, Yelp, and now dealerrater.com in regards to this experience. I guarantee that I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again and will be sure to let all of our friends and family know about our experience as well. More
My experience is like many of the others unfortunately. I called earlier in the day and asked if a specific vehicle was in stock. I was told yes it was. I told them i had 3 vehicles to trade in, and they sai called earlier in the day and asked if a specific vehicle was in stock. I was told yes it was. I told them i had 3 vehicles to trade in, and they said they would do a blind estimate on the two. So I told them I was in a hurry and had to be done by 7 which was about a hour. After giving all of my information about my cars having my titles in hand and giving a honest assessment of the two cars I didn't have with me. they took my keys to evaluate my vehicle. While we did that he said he would pull up the vehicle, and also a used vehicle that was cheaper and basically the same. So they bring up the used vehicle which is tore up, the seats have gashes, along with the leather, and I could see this clearly in the dark. I immediately told them no. they then informed me the vehicle I called about was sold. So I basically got a bait and switch. I had made a appointment with the very nice sales associate, and he could have done his due diligence and double check on the vehicle I wanted. There excuse was that the computer system hadn't update. Since I work on computers I immediately recognized incompetence. I wanted a truck, so we went to go look at the new trucks. I found one I liked that was actually a bit cheaper since it didn't have all the options I wanted, but could add on. Basically to make a long story short we got to financing, and after waiting and waiting they came back with the numbers on the truck, the finance paper work to fill out. I had already filled out the information on line but was being asked to do it again for some unknown reason. They offered me roughly $2000 for my trade in, and on top of that the price on there site was not what they presented me with. They gave me the break down of the true price after I didn't qualify for rebates. So you can imagine my frustration when 1. My vehicle wasn't there (sold) and they didn't even contact me to say it had been sold. 2. The price on the internet is not even close tot he true price. 3. Insulting me with a low trade in value on my cars ($666 roughly per car) I told them i had already gone to kbb and valued the car at low numbers just to make the process easier. The manager then came out and said I would never get those prices because they auction the cars. My truck alone is worth $4500 but he insisted and I said I'm not interested. He then tried to keep selling me the truck with no trade in, after I had already told them i was trying to get rid of the vehicles and cut down. I should also say I heard a conversation with a guy in the cube next to me where the guy wouldn't move on the price, even if he paid Cash. The salesman said the car would be more expensive because they cut cost on vehicles when you finance. I have never heard a more unscrupulous salesman before. Oh and what's also great was when i got a call from the dealership while i was in the dealership, confirming the appointment I was already at. So to recap. 1. Bait and switch. 2. They don't know what's going on in there own dealership. 3. There inventory system is apparently faulty since more than one person says they cars has been sold right before they got there. 4. Can't trust the sales team. (but when can you ever at a dealership) 5. Pricing is not what it truly is. 6. Don't expect to get anything for your trade. 2. They don't know what's going on in there More
