I heard about ABC from a radio ad and decided to check it out. I received great customer service from Diamond and Joe. Joe was extremely respectful to my father over the phone and understood my dad had to know anything and everything about the deal I was getting. Paperwork was easy, they even let me leave my truck in the lot overnight. Great warranty, I really feel I got a good deal with it added into the final costs. My dad was happy with the final price so I'm extremely satisfied. Thanks ABC More

My sales associate was wonderful. She was not pushy and very down to earth. She even bought us pizza while we waited. I would like to have gotten a better price but that was my fault. I should have haggled a bit but it was so late and I was very tired. I wish they could have thrown in some floor mats or repaired the dent for free, I would have felt better. I was not satisfied with the financial person I was assigned. I was told the paint protection for three years was included in the price. When I got home and looked over the paperwork I was actually charged over $500 for that. I was not happy with the fact the financial gentleman thought he needed to give me a credit lesson. All in all I loved our sales woman and will recommend her anytime. More
Came in looking at a used Hyundai Sante Fe, took too long for them to find it, and let me test drive. Test drove wonderfully. Walked away and continued to do the math at home, called back and worked out the deal like pulling teeth, asked if I could have my mechanic look at it, after they assured me it went through a 150 point inspection and everything was great, I pointed out the back driver's side brake light was out and they agreed to let me take it to a mechanic. Mechanic found all the engine mounts needed replacement, the steering rack and pinion was damaged, a power steering leak and oil leak was found, along with a bad CV joint, amounting to $3,000 in work. Dealership at first refused to admit there was a problem, then told me it was too much that's what they price was what it was (despite being over Kelly Blue Book for excellent shape), then finally told me they would instead sell me a pick up if I liked. Every step of the transaction was fraught with lies, deceit and half-truths. More

I have not and continue to have a horrible experience with this dealership. From the minute I walked through their doors I should have turned around and walked out but foolishly I didn't. The sales until woman lied to my face multiple times, making promises she never followed through on. For instance she promised me that the dealership would cover removing some audio equipment from my trade in vehicle. She never bothered to actually have it done despite telling me it would be ready at 3 different times and having me come to pick it up each time. The last time she said she was taking to her manager about it and on that trip I spoke to said manager; she had never spoken to him. I was promised rebates I never got then given excuses after the fact why I couldn't have them. Strike 1. Moving on to finance. I was flat out told that my maintenance package covered certain items that I come to find out are not covered. I was told to my face that my brakes, tires and glass are covered; they are not. I get sales. I understand phrasing things in a way that makes them look appealing to the customer. But I was flat out lied to and that's unacceptable. IStrike 2. The service department. When I got my vehicle, which I should never have done, my tinting had numerous bubbles and my headlights don't turn off. I brought the car to them and was promised 90 minutes until I got there then it was told 4 hours. Ok fine, but that's when I found out that I don't get a loaner and it's not covered. When i picked up the car the tint is actually worse and they didn't even look at my headlights. Strike 3. 3 strikes and I'm done. This is hands down the most underhanded and unprofessional dealership I've ever had the displeasure to deal with and I wouldn't but from them again if my only other option is to walk everywhere. I don't think I can overstate my level of disgust with how slimy they are. More

I was very impressed with him.Very friendly person and very respectfull.We ended up buying a different car because my wife liked it , plus double the price.We traded in our car , and he was very honest and trustfull from the beginning what we can expect price wise.He worked with us on the discount, and we were very happy.We also appreciated that it didn't take too much time like in other dealerships.we recommend 100% ALAN PEREZ for being an excellent salesperson.
