I called them on a 2012 Ford E-350 van with 46K miles on it advertised here for around $17,800. I called them and told them that I didn't want to waist my time driving 45 min. to their dealership if there was no way that we were going to be able to make a deal anyway. I told them that I had $15000 cash that I would be willing to pay if that was within negotiation range of this van. I specifically mentioned tax's title and license fees and anything else that they may try to tack on. I did not want to even come down if there was no way that $15K out the door would be accepted. The sales rep assured me that this was definitely within the bargaining range for this van and I should come down. He even offered a $25 gas card to come down and look at it. Long story short, they took my keys when I got there so I couldn't leave, all the cup holders were broken out of it, and at least one door lock plunger was broken off so the sales rep himself couldn't get out! Then they guy comes back with an offer to sell me the van at over $21K!!! I was shocked! He left again to consult with the "sales manager" when I reminded him that he told me over the phone that $15K cash would be enough to buy the van. He never returned and the "sales manager" showed up very frankly stating what was the absolute lowest and best they could offer. "Pulling a lot of strings" to do so, the absolute best they could do was now $20K!!! How could the absolute lowest price that they could accept on this van be $2,200 MORE than what was ADVERTISED here on Auto Trader!?!? Aren't there laws against false advertising? I couldn't get out of there quick enough. Luckily I did get my keys back (which I was prepared to abandon since my wife had hers with her so we could still drive off) but I never did even get the gas card. I'll never get my time back that they purposefully wasted because they hoped that they would be able to con me into buying this van at their new higher price. These people are liars, crooks, and shysters! Many Many people on Yelp have told very similar stories. Buyer BEWARE!!! More

Top rated for Cheating and False commitments I had two such bad experiences - 1) I went to buy the car from them they took all the details from me and we were discussing about the Financing o I had two such bad experiences - 1) I went to buy the car from them they took all the details from me and we were discussing about the Financing options then they said to be that we will do a credit check. I said if you can do a soft hit then go ahead else no need as I will do cash deal. Despite me not saying No to hit my credit score they went ahead and hit my credit report. This has impacted my credit score when I check myself 2) On 7/5, I almost finalized the deal for Nissan Versa Note SV with these people on phone. Everything finalized and I was told to come down to dealership to do final negotiations to shave off few more 100 dollars but me and my wife got a rude shocked when they sat with us on the price and they went back on their commitment by jacking the price of the cars by $ 1000 over the negotiated price. I had such a terrible experience with them that I am going all against them to complain. Taking my personal details and hitting my credit score is big no-no and they still went ahead one step by making false commitment - I would definitely ask people to not consider this dealership if they are planning to buy a Nissan. Me and my wife had such a bad experience that we are now thinking of going for another car rather than Nissan. More
