Take your buisness elsewhere NO star rating if it were up to me that should be an option anywhere! March of 2014 I took my Sentra in for routine oil change. Of course in the waiti NO star rating if it were up to me that should be an option anywhere! March of 2014 I took my Sentra in for routine oil change. Of course in the waiting room for the service department they have vultures waiting to get you further in debt. I looked at a 2015 Altima, drove it and liked it. Other than a bigger engine and a little more room my 2012 sentra had more options than the Altima. A friend was there with me and we sat down with the sales guy his name is Kyle Balthaser. Essentially He pulled 2 guys from the loan department to try and seal the deal. The loan guy said come back in a year and WE ABC NISSAN will refinance your loan and reduce my payment by 100-150 dollars a month. My friend was there when this was said. The deal was sealed left with a new car. One year passes I go back to abc Nissan they said WE DON'T REFINANCE ANYONE HERE!! And get this the kid and the loan manager both look at me as if I was stupid. Why would I make up a story which of course fell on deaf ears. And here's how deaf their ears are and lack of caring to my situation that abc nissan put me in. Then they both turned around and tried to get me into a 2015 Altima that has all the bells and whistles. The best part of this is I went in there and told them what they said they would do....refinance my loan. They thought for some dumb reason I could afford a $900+ a month payment on a little Altima. That 900 bucks a month is for a BMW 5 or 7 series not for ANY nissan product. What were they thinking? oh that's right they weren't cuz abc nissan does NOT care about their customers. I also involved nissan corporate and guess what...they care about as much as abc nissan does. I will never own another product of theirs ever again. Their service department also sucks to. A/C started not working as good. Have to leave the car for 10 minutes under covered parking just to get the interior remotely cooled. Dealership said and I have a witness to this too he said " your a/c is up to Nissan standards". He also said they replaced my front brake pads. Well must also be up to Nissan standards they still grab and squeak. Save your money please by something else and definitely not from abc nissan . I am not one for doing social media at all. I do not have an account on any of the popular or not popular media sites. You wanna talk to me pick up the phone. I currently have accounts on all the major sites to slam this dealership and the corporation because of their terrible business dealings. For example this dealership has 113 reviews now 114 on yelp alone, one would think nissan coporate would want to get involved, shows how much they care, NOT! More

Everything wrong with car buying. At first when contacting the dealership they were pretty nice and friendly. I asked about some cars listed on their site which they said they had and At first when contacting the dealership they were pretty nice and friendly. Well when I get there it's almost instantaneous that the salesman that helped me "David Adame" started pushing new cars down my throat and it seemed like no matter how many times I said I wanted the car I came for he kept redirecting me to new vehicles and new financing promotions. Needless to say I get them to finance the vehicle I came for and they come with almost 4000 dollars of "optional" conditioning that wasn't optional. Which for vehicle features I as a customer would consider that information to be placed with the vehicle. More

He listened to everything we needed to fit our lifestyle and directed me to the cars that would fit. He then explained things to me, both the pros and cons with each car, to help me make a well-informed decision. I would recommend ABC Nissan to all my friends and family. We were greeted by Jay and I flat out told him, this is our budget, this is our credit score, and this is how much time we have..He looked at his wrist ( @ a watch he wasn't wearing lol) and stated that would be more than enough time. He sat us down and got right to the point. Within in an hour of walking through the door we had found a vehicle we loved, test drove it, and negotiated numbers. The total visit time was right at 2 hours, something I haven't seen in Phoenix since I've been buying my own cars! More
