Horrible After Purchase Service I bought a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from ABC Nissan in February 2015, from a sales person named "David". Within 6 months the sun visor on the drivers si I bought a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from ABC Nissan in February 2015, from a sales person named "David". Within 6 months the sun visor on the drivers side breaks. Now this was a brand new car with less than 5 miles on it at purchase. Fast-forward to December - I have an accident in the car and take it back to ABC Nissan to get it fixed. I advise the Service Agent "Lynn", who by the way was AWESOME, of the issue with the sun visor, and by this time the passenger side is having issues. She tells me that they cannot do any warranty work, unless it is approved by the salesperson. I do not know who my salesperson is - so for the 2 weeks that they have the car - the visor does not get fixed. So at this point ZERO points for customer service - overall - for ABC Nissan. In early January 2016 I get a call from my salesperson - so now I can get his name "David" because he is trying to get me to recommend someone to buy a car. I explain to him my issue with the sun visor and that it was in the shop for an accident..he says he will have someone call me from the service department. -5 weeks later..still no call - so now I make the time to go in.... talk to David - he actually remembers the call...but not the fact that he was going to have service call me...another ZERO points for Customer Service. Now after all this..he takes a look at the visor... tells me he needs to talk to his manager,,, because he cannot approve a warranty fix..comes back and says no warranty they have covers SUN VISORS....and I should call NISSAN... So you sell me a brand new car with defective parts...and you tell me to call Nissan...DO YOU NOT REPRESENT NISSAN...or my other option..is to pay for it myself...ARE YOU CRAZY...I should pay for a defective part from the factory on a brand new car... that should still be under warranty...and this is the best you can do??????? But you want to know if I know someone that might be interested in purchasing a car....FROM YOU... REALLY!!!! Sad part...I was a repeat customer....never again!!! More
