Traded my altima for a pathfinder I bought a new Altima in 2015, I loved that car! That is the best car I have ever owned!! But, with my growing family I needed an upgrade. I got the 2 I bought a new Altima in 2015, I loved that car! That is the best car I have ever owned!! But, with my growing family I needed an upgrade. I got the 2016 Pathfinder and I am very happy. I have three kids, so it gives me lots of room and my double stroller fits in the back. I did love the gas mileage with the Altima, but I needed the room. I felt safe in both and didn't have any issues with either. Both give a smooth ride and I will keep buying Nissan. More

Terrible customer service forged our signature Don't give them your ID it's very difficult to get it back. I think the salesman name was David R. He would disappear for long periods. ($300 for locking lug nuts etc).Make sure they take them all off. Finance department was less then professional. Tried to trick us into buying extended warranty said the standard warranty was useless. Sticker price is no where near the final price.They forgot to have us sign a paper so someone forged our signature. Forgery is a CRIME. We called them many times to get a explanation they kept giving us the runaround. The so called managers needs to do a better job and learn how to manage. More

Horrible service department This dealership refused to cover warrant work. They turned me away after taking the day off to get my truck serviced. They claimed it was bc my vehicl This dealership refused to cover warrant work. They turned me away after taking the day off to get my truck serviced. They claimed it was bc my vehicle was manufactured in Canada. I gave them my vin before I even scheduled the appointment and they didnt mention a problem. After contacting multiple dealerships, they confirmed that my warranty does transfer to usa. The dealership just needs to do some extra work to contact nissan Canada to be paid. I contacted the dealership back. They still refused to cover the warranty work. Claimed i had to contact nissan canada to be reimbursed after i paid them myself. Which is not correct. They suggested that I take my truck to a dealership that was over an hour away to get the work done. All because they didn't want to do the extra work to be paid. Craig was very rude, zero customer service, didn't even attempt to contact nissan Canada to confirm anything. Just absolutely refused to help. Never would I recommend this dealership for a purchase, especially if this is the service you can expect from them. Not to mention the service quality that would be performed, probably better off getting serviced somewhere else anyways. More

Unsatisfied Customer. after spending about 4 hours negotiating a car with navigation, I didn't get a walk through of the vehicle I was purchasing and to my surprise navigat after spending about 4 hours negotiating a car with navigation, I didn't get a walk through of the vehicle I was purchasing and to my surprise navigation wasn't included. I called back salesman asking about it and his response was "I was 100% sure it had navigation, but it doesn't". The deal was under-delivered. I try to escalate my experience to customer service and all I got was "This is a lesson to learn". Definitely not referring anyone to this dealership. Five guys where eager to make the sale, and none of them seem to care when I complaint. More

Great buying a xperience Betty Gonzolez was my sales person. I didn't feel pressured. She listened to what I wanted and helped me to find what I wanted in my budget. She helped me get the truck I wanted and stayed in my budget. She worked with Juan Salazar in finance to get me the most interest rate possible. Being my first brand ne vehicle I really wanted an extended warranty but, the extra was putting me over on my budget. Juan joked with my financing and got my interest rate even lower so, I could have that extra warranty and piece of mind without the financial strain. It was all an easier and more pleasant process than I expected. I would recommend ABC Nissan and Betty for your next Nissan purchase. Jessica mohs More

I'd make the trip again. Wanted to buy a new vehicle and quickly became disappointed with quality of the sales staff and unwillingness to be honest and trustworthy. Soon a young man called and said that if I was willing to make the 100 mile trip that ABC Nissan would make it worth my while. I asked to give me a reason to come up, the next thing you know I'm headed up. David Adamek was right, they made me a far better deal than my home town folks. More
