Went in to purchase a vehicle last year around November. The vehicle I inquired about was not on the lot. When I asked why, I was told there were some scuffs on the paint and they were working on fixing it. The vehicle I inquired about was not on the lot. When I asked why, I was told there were some scuffs on the paint and they were working on fixing it. I had already saw the vehicle on a separate date so I went through with signing the loan. It took a whole week of calling each day and eventually driving down to the collision center to figure out what was going on with the vehicle. Turns out someone who was test driving it had damaged the front end of the vehicle which is why it was taking so long for them to give me the vehicle. The sales reps never admitted to it directly and kept repeatedly telling me it will be fixed like new. I told them this was not mentioned during the sale and that I would’ve never gone through with signing the loan. Eventually the sales manager said there’s nothing he can do and arranged for me to speak with the property manager. Upon meeting with the property manager he immediately started saying the same things as the sales manager and wouldn’t admit to the fact that the front end of the vehicle had been damaged. He agreed they should have disclosed this during sale. I asked for the down payment back since I wanted nothing to do with the vehicle at this point. He said the vehicle had been off the market too long (roughly 1 week and a couple days) and there was nothing he could do since the loan was already established. He then promised to lower the loan amount to compensate for the hassle and put in writing that if something happened with the front they would take the car back no questions asked. I have yet to see there be anything to compensate them lower the loan amount nor him handing or mailing a letter stating what he gave his word to do. More

I was texting with Nick on Sunday and set up a time on Monday at 6:30 pm to go m DON'T WALK - RUN!!! Worst bait and switch game in the business. I was texting with Nick on Sunday and set up a time on Monday at 6:30 pm to go meet with him or his partner Mike to look at and test drive some cars and hopefully purchase one for my daughters 16th birthday. I had text him four vehicles that we wanted to look at. During the day on Monday, I found a few more interesting vehicles that we wanted to look at and took care of all of my financing, etc., so I was ready to go in and buy a car. I go into ABC Nissan and no one knows Nick. Then one genius finally asked if I was there for used or new and I said Used, so I was sent over to another building that appears to be a Lincoln dealership. Not like you could really tell the difference, both lots appeared to be used cars and if ABC Nissan lot was supposed to be new cars, it was Ford's so that was confusing. We go to the other building and ask for Nick and again, no one knows who I'm talking about. I said, "here are the text messages, if he isn't available I was told to ask for Mike." They leave me standing in the lobby for about 5 minutes before this idiot kid named Raffy or Scrappy or something like that, came up and said he would help us. I didn't like that at all because he couldn't enunciate his words and was barely audible so that was fun. He also had absolutely no clue what the xxxx he was doing. I showed him the list with all of the VIN numbers and Stock numbers that I wanted to see. He looked at me with a dumb blank stare and told me that all of the cars on the lot were "in my price range." Wouldn't have been able to tell anyway because NONE of them were marked in any form to be able to identify the price. I looked at the lot and NONE of the cars I had picked out to see where out there except for one. I then went to their website and showed him each of the vehicles that I wanted to see and he again gave me a dumb blank stare. He went in to get some "keys" for vehicles and on his way out, met another sales guy that gave him the keys to the one and only car that I saw on the lot that I was inquiring about. Other than that - NO OTHER KEYS! I confirmed with him that this was indeed the car on my list and he said it was so we took the car for a test drive and I said, this is it, we will take it. I pulled up the information for the e-price or whatever and it came to be $13,495.00. He came back 10 minutes later to say that the car we drove was not the car I was inquiring about and the cost of this care was $15,995. WHAT?!?!? So I pulled up the car again on their website and I said "then find me this car!!!" He left again and came back 10 minutes later to tell me that the car had a recall and was not on the lot yet. Okay, why in the xxxx is it online then!?!? It's not like I went in there with just one car picked out, I had at least 8 that I was interested in seeing and I was not shown any of them! Horrible experience all around. Now I'm trying to get the general manager and customer relations managers emails and those aren't able to be released, really? I wonder why? Stay far away from this place!!! More
