So I was trying to get a Nissan Rogue was working with Jason Sehak . So I go into AbcNissan after working a long 12 hour shift only to sit for 2 hours after a brief credit check then test driving the rogue . Never was business manners used wasn't offered water no nothing Jason's Sehak shuffled me off to his Co-Worker (Hayden) so then I told them I would like to run and go get something to eat because I'm a diabetic and my sugars .(my medicine was in the car)I didn't eat all day . Then they go on to appraise my vehicle only offering me 9k (mind you this no one came out to appraise they did everything from the computer as I sat in the chair by the door by where my car was parked) when I've shopped two other dealers prior being offered 14k plus so I'm sure AbcNissan could do the same given they could Have it cerified as it's under 5k miles only had it s month and yes I understand it loses 20-30% but to be offered what I was is purely greed on their end as when I first purchased they tried to screw me over on a beautiful Azera w extremely low miles (my trade in) as they thought I was an educated buyer . So when I was going to go get something they had the nerve to pull the appraisal none sense then went on to say it's 8:20pm we close soon honey I didn't get out of there til 9:45 barely making it to get something to eat and taking my diabetic medicine my vision was blurry . On top of that they upset me . They never came back with figures i watched several ppl do deals and get out while I watched people sit in the car tower having what seemed to be a comedy hour . Very unprofessional . I would NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE NOR BUY ANOTHER NISSAN PRODUCT PERIOD . They proven to be financial disasters don't hold no residual value at all Honda/Toyota seem to fair better there other than that thank you for taking the time out to hear my experience - Mahogany More
Do not shop here I was just starting to look at cars, and after doing my research and talking to friends, narrowed my choices down to 3 different Used SUV's. I wante I was just starting to look at cars, and after doing my research and talking to friends, narrowed my choices down to 3 different Used SUV's. I wanted to test drive each of these vehicles (Nissan, Kia, and Chevy) before making a decision. I stopped at ABC Nissan and spoke to a sales Rep, and told him I was trying to make up my mind, and asked if he had any of the vehicles I was interested in, in my price range. We looked at a few cars, and then he said he was going to check his inventory. While I was waiting, he asked me if I wanted to get an appraisal. I said I did, but that I only had about 20 minutes left before I had to leave. If it could be done in less than 20 minutes, great! If not, I could return. He said, " no problem", so I gave him my keys. Well, I was passed off to another sales rep while I was waiting. I told her the same thing. I had a limited amount of time before I had to leave. Then the sales manager came out and was really pushy about my buying a car they had. (they had a Nissan close to my price range) I told him I had not made up my mind yet, so I wasn't ready to buy. He continued to be very pushy about it, and basically told me I had no business coming in unless I was ready to buy! I thought that was stupid, and I wanted to leave. I told the new sales rep I needed to leave, but they had not completed the appraisal. I saw my car come back into the lot, but they parked all the way at the other end of the building. I told the sales rep I wanted my car so I could leave, as the 20 minutes was up; She walked down to the other end of the building, and then walked back, but didn't have my keys. I was getting upset. She said she had to get the manager, and walked in the other direction. The manager then walked by, passed me, and down to the other end of the building to get my keys, and then returned and handed them to me. He didn't say a word. This is not the way to treat people. More

Fast, friendly, efficient Betty Gonzalez was excellent. We were in and out while singing for a new lease within an hour. Everyone was friendly and fast.
