Exceptional Service This past weekend I experienced total transmission failure, 232 miles away from home. My vehicle, including myself and family were towed back home. Luckily ABC Nissan of Camelback were able to get my vehicle into service the very next morning and had a response for me within a few hours. ABC Nissan had everything sorted out with Nissan consumer warranty and had a new transmission overnighted and within a day my vehicle was fully taken care of. Excellent Service by Kraig Angel I had received a manufacture notice regarding a possible faulty CVT in my 2013 Nissan Altima. I originally drove from 24th Street and Southern Avenue I had received a manufacture notice regarding a possible faulty CVT in my 2013 Nissan Altima. I originally drove from 24th Street and Southern Avenue to Autonation Nissan Chandler off the 202 and Gilbert Road on a Saturday. I knew my vehicle would be covered under my Nissan certified warranty. The service advisor at Autonation kept my vehicle from 9am until about 2pm before he called me to tell me that they are understaffed on Saturdays and they would not be able to get to my vehicle until Monday and if they did fix it, I would have to pay over $1500. Even with my certified warranty!! They did offer me a loaner vehicle because it would be an all day job. Even with that offer, I refused to do business with them. 1 - because they had the charges incorrect and I did not feel like arguing and 2 - because they took all day to tell me they would not be able to work on my vehicle until Monday when they knew that they were understaffed when I dropped off my vehicle. Very bad experience at Autonation Nissan Chandler!! I decided to take my vehicle to ABC Nissan instead. I made my appointment online with Kraig Angel. I received a follow up email to confirm the appointment which I really appreciated. I drove to the dealership on a SATURDAY at 9:45 am. I briefly explained what I was there for. Kraig immediately advised me that they will not be able to work on it until Monday which I also greatly appreciated because I would not have to waste my whole day waiting thinking that my vehicle was being worked on. I received a call from Kraig on Monday afternoon letting me know that my certified warranty will cover the repair minus my minimal deductible. He let me know the vehicle will be worked on Tuesday and that I would have my vehicle by Wednesday. I was always kept in the loop and therefore was able to plan my days accordingly. I showed up Wednesday to pick up my vehicle which was already waiting for me. Made my deductible payment with Kraig and was literally out within 5 minutes. It would of been faster but I took advantage of their free coffee on my way out. Overall, my experience was excellent and I will now schedule all my future maintenance with Kraig Angel at ABC Nissan. More

They reviewed my air conditioner, they say that nothing was wrong. But whatever they did make my air work better. and they also change the car's battery. The only reason why I do not put excelent is because I let a message asking to call me back and no body did. I called back myself. But everything else very good. More
