Then why was I promised prior to leaving with the vehicle that financing was already 100% approved? But your claim of already issuing my down payment is without a doubt false and I have been unable to get a response from anyone down there in regards to it including yourself. I've called attempting to reach you twice and have yet to receive a response from you either. No response here still after days and the BBB claim and communication has now stopped after 2 pathetic responses out of who I can only assume was Tim. Same lying coward that promised my money back and clearly lied. What you guys are doing is illegal and if you think I'm gonna stop until you make this right you're wrong. Next step is I'm contacting the attorney general's office and responding to three on your side getting back to me expressing interest in an interview about my story. I wonder how many other poor individuals listed to the nonsense and got fooled by you guys as well. Can only imagine how many might surface once I get my story told. Get the advertising you guys deserve and hopefully detour any other unsuspecting single mothers from being put through a nightmare like this. I'm sure ABC Nissan my little down payment would be detrimental for finances down there right? Must be considering the lengths you'll go to keep it.

Your service manager is who I spoke with as stated in my review by name. I spoke with him 3 separate times on the phone in addition to him speaking with the manager at the Nissan dealership that my car was at that found the issue directly related to the service your service center provided. In fact he said he had the director of ABC Nissan in the room with him but neglected to give a name of said director nor did the “director” say a single word on the call. I am a travel nurse, I bought my Nissan rogue at a Nissan dealership before I began travelling for COVID because I wanted something reliable and large enough to fit my belongings in it. I have only taken it to Nissan dealerships since to make sure I am getting the best and correct services done in a timely manner so I have a reliable mode of transportation and so I have a log of what has been done or not done. I have been to 7 states now and the only one that has been an issue has been yours. Never in a million years did I think bringing it to a dealership that specializes in that specific car would in turn cost me $390 just to look for any damage that their mistake did. It’s so disgusting how you operate over there and based on other peoples reviews they feel the same.
