Worst experience ever! Brought my car in for a tire light that was on. Was told I needed a new tire because of a nail, had them replace it just to find out months later whe Brought my car in for a tire light that was on. Was told I needed a new tire because of a nail, had them replace it just to find out months later when I brought it to another Nissan dealership that they put the wrong size on which directly caused a new problem related to the AWD. The dealership that found the problem told me to call ABC Nissan because they aren’t sure why they would do that and that they could call and give them a store card to pay for the maintenance needed due to their mistake. spoke with Anthony who immediately said “I don’t think I’ll be doing that but I’ll look into it anyway” after Anthony spoke with Aaron from the new dealership he called me and lied about the conversation he and Aaron had to make it seem like I misunderstood. I then called back to ask Anthony why he told me a different conversation and he immediately became defensive saying he will not be helping and that how could they know it would cause a future problem? Im sorry but I would assume a Nissan dealership would be an expert on their own AWD cars? Very shady and disappointing would not recommend to anyone! Not to mention when I got the car back with the new tire I drove off the lot and had to bring it immediately back because the sensor lights wouldn’t go off. They were so lazy they forgot to reset the tire sensors and all four tire PSIs were off reading exactly the same numbers as when I brought it in but I’m supposed to believe they replaced it right and did a tire rotation and alignment? Disgusting, dirty company and employees. Please save yourself from having to incur future costs for their laziness and incompetence. More

ABC Nissan is the best dealership in the country! I’ve been there customer since 2017 and I have only ever had them service the vehicles I’ve purchased from them.
