He drives my car, gets the info about...30 min STILL have not seen the car we came out to see. We finally get to see it, The xxxx thing does not start. Then we have to wait again to get MY keys back so we can leave. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! More

Lied to by Employees I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima there in December 2017. Before I even started the sales process I had told the lady I spoke with on the phone and had e I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima there in December 2017. Before I even started the sales process I had told the lady I spoke with on the phone and had emailed her that I wanted an extended warranty, that is how important it was to me. Throughout the process my wife and I had expressed our want & need to have a top of the line extended warranty that covered as much as possible, including our specific mentioning to the sales people and finance people that we wanted it to cover electrical items, such as the windows, radio, and all other things. We were told we had purchased a Platinum, top of the line warranty. Now when I got my extended warranty card it says I only have Silver coverage, which does not cover any electrical items. This is not what we asked for and were told we purchased. I feel as if we were lied to. This is not the way to do business. I should have known something was wrong when I asked the finance guy to circle what warranty I was getting and that I wanted to take that brochure home with me. He told me that he did not have any to give out and therefore could not do that. If there was nothing to hide how come he could not give me proof of what I purchased and let me keep it? Now less than 2 months after having the car there are issues. The drivers door handle is broken, so I cannot get out of the drivers side door without putting down the window and reaching outside to open the door. The drivers side window motor is breaking, it gets stuck down and needs to be messed with to get it back up. The heating/AC control panel must have broken clips because it is recessed back inside of the outside plastic housing. The brake light comes on randomly, almost every other day. The brake light issue started the same day I bought the car, I took pictures of it as proof. I have not heard anything back yet to remedy these items. I hope that they will do the right thing and handle these issues. More
