BAIT and SWITCH Yesterday I saw a black Honda Accord for sale on the ABC Nissan website....just what I was looking for...a glowing detailed discription and picture . Yesterday I saw a black Honda Accord for sale on the ABC Nissan website....just what I was looking for...a glowing detailed discription and picture ..with price and other features that I wanted. I clicked "send message" and immediately got a call from a sales rep acknowledging my query. We discussed this specific car in detail and she asked me to come in to test drive it.. When I got to ABC , I naturally expected to see the Honda Accord. Instead I was taken to the back lot "waste-land" where the rep informed me that they didn't have a black 2008 honda accord. She showed me a white accord that was roached out....filthy...beat-up and said it could be reconditioned. She said I could look around but there were no prices or even keys to look inside. I had told her specifically that I had wanted the black honda with the moon roof that was advertised and she said for an extra thousand dollars they could have moon roof put in another car. I took a half day off work for this nonsense. So....BAIT AND SWITCH.......Shame on ABC Nissan...Is this really how a reputable dealership treats potential customers? Here's the worst part......They still have that same 2008 black honda accord featured on their website as of this writing...June 15, 2018 Lisa Fitzgibbons More

NEVER NISSAN AGAIN...ESPECIALLY FROM ABC I have purchased SEVERAL Nissan vehicles and usually from ABC. Several family members and friends have bought from them as well because of my recommen I have purchased SEVERAL Nissan vehicles and usually from ABC. Several family members and friends have bought from them as well because of my recommendations. Even after all this, I had the worst experience ever...to the point that I will NEVER buy another Nissan EVER!! I was bullied and forced into a vehicle I didn't need, like or want. I turned in 2 vehicles...1 was a 2015 that was NOT upside down, the other was paid off completely and had less than 48,000 miles and in perfect condition inside and out...yet somehow even though I have excellent credit I am now so upside down in this "new" car that I can't even get it refinanced! $35,476.81 after all was said and done on a Murano...not even the top of the line. Plus it lowered my credit score. How is any of this even possible? Leave it to ABC to find a way. If you feel you must buy a Nissan, go anywhere else but ABC. They are the worst...just check out BBB. I'm not the only one with a bad experience or just check the reviews on their Web page. FYI: mine was taken off. More
