Great experience - Honest dealership and no up front BS I shopped around the various Phoenix area dealerships for the best deal on a new Rogue with specifics options already selected - ABC Nissan had a comp I shopped around the various Phoenix area dealerships for the best deal on a new Rogue with specifics options already selected - ABC Nissan had a competitive quote but not 100% the best right off the bat - The reason I went went with them though is that not only were they the dealership closest to my home, they were honest and upfront - they pretty quickly said they'd be happy to beat any legitimate quote but weren't going to dink around with a million emails back and forth. No high pressure, no bait and switch. So I made an appointment, went in, showed my best quotes to the salesman and the general manager - and they beat the best deal by $100 while giving me a car with even more options than the other guy. Appreciated the whole process, signed the paperwork, got through the session with the finance guy (minimally pushy, took 30 minutes, declined all addons) and drove out as soon as the car was detailed. Whole thing was as smooth as butter, couldn't have asked for anything better. Comes with the first oil change free and continues to have free oil changes for a while if you do your maintenance there, which was a decent enough perk. More
Eddie Valdez - Service Recall I have been going to Nissan since two years ago and Eddie Valdez has been my service rep and has helped me a lot on making sure my Versa gets the oil I have been going to Nissan since two years ago and Eddie Valdez has been my service rep and has helped me a lot on making sure my Versa gets the oil changed, tires rotated and gets the proper attention my Versa needs. He explains to me the process, what the car needs and shows me the lobby where to get coffee and donuts. This last time he fixed my Versa on a RECALL, but I got attention by a sales person and turned in my VERSA for a Sentra. I went to Eddie and told him what I did and he said I did the right choice by upgrading to a better transportation and informed me on what warranty to get for my new car! I will continue to go to Eddie and drive 2 hrs to get there!! GOOD JOB EDDIE! More

Great experience and pricing I've been buying pricey Mercedes’ for the last 35 years so Mercedes has been my sole dealership experience....until yesterday. I wanted to get my w I've been buying pricey Mercedes’ for the last 35 years so Mercedes has been my sole dealership experience....until yesterday. I wanted to get my wife a new car and she loved the look and comfort of the new Murano (which she had driven because her best friend (a successful medical supply saleswoman who put 40,000 miles a year on her car for her job) had purchased 5 Murano's in a row and absolutely loved them for their comfort and reliability, never having had a single mechanical issue with any of them. So, I researched the car diligently online and I went to 3 dealerships (Larry H Miller Nissan in Mesa, Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale and ABC Nissan in Phoenix) before purchasing with ABC. To cut to the chase, I've never had a better experience at any car dealership than I had at ABC Nissan because the ABC salesman, Kass (Kassem), a young man who was highly knowledgeable, extremely informative, honest, respectful and didn't play any of the usual salesman games. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I can also tell you that ABC beat the other dealerships prices by a very substantial margin. Additionally, Kass was kind enough to offer to drive the title other documents that required my wife's signature to her office in Old Town Scottsdale so that I didn't have to make the trip and so that she didn't have to travel to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. There was simply no comparison at all between my experience with Kass and the other Nissan dealerships. Larry Miller’s manager tried to pressure me into buying the car before I left the dealership (not an unusual sales tactic but annoying nevertheless), and spoke to like he was talking to someone buying their first car (I'm 60 years old). The manager at Pinnacle had no interest in negotiating at all and actually walked out of the room, with a brisk "Good luck" when I didn't accept his considerably overpriced offer. Kass, by comparison was a complete gentleman and did everything possible to make the experience pleasant, lacking any pressure and nonsense, as did the ABC finance manager, Travis, who was also an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly and very informative. I highly recommend these two ABC representatives. I was so pleased with the experience and the end result that I asked to speak to their general manager to express my complete satisfaction and appreciation for the experience they provided. And, my wife (and I) absolutely love the car. In closing, this is the dealership to go to if you are considering a Nissan and I would very highly recommend you ask for Kass. And as I said, the best pricing around and my experience was thumbs up from beginning to end. 👍🏼 More

Lies, deceit, and a complete waste of time Just stay away from these guys, they lie and really help to prove the shady car salesman line is true and is totally fair to say about them. I went ou Just stay away from these guys, they lie and really help to prove the shady car salesman line is true and is totally fair to say about them. I went out of my way to call and ask Ricky about the price of the car I was interested in. I live 45 minutes away from their parking lot, I mean dealership (small as can be). I told Ricky I was paying cash and if the $11,499.00 was the price and I liked the car, I would buy the car for the price shown on the internet and he confirmed over the phone it was the price, no strings attached. I then set an 8AM appointment for the next day to test drive it with my wife. Ricky's manager then calls and confirms both appointment and the $11,499.00 price of the car and my payment option being cash. My wife and me show up and test drive the car. I said I will buy it and asked again if the price was $11,499.00. He said yes. Manager comes over and confirms this as well. I then said I would go get my cashiers check from the bank and asked for the total amount. $15,500.00 was the total and they handed my the invoice. While I knew taxes and registration would be included, they tried to sneak in $2,200.00 in add-ons they did to the car previously. I laughed and said the price then is not $11,499.00 as my wife walked out right then (she heard this about them specifically and I told her I had confirmed with the so called manager the day before and should not be an issue). I then said this was false advertising and asked why was this not mentioned when I spoke with them the day before. They quickly mentioned a disclaimer on their website they could not even find would be why the price changed. I asked where the disclaimer for their verbal lies and shady practices were that lured me in. No comment and of course that is not in writing either. The manager even insulted our car calling it an old beater. Yes it is crappy, that is why we were at your lot- if you had half a brain you would realize that. But when you actually tell someone the car they are driving is a beater, and you are the manager, says a lot about the customer service and culture you set fourth, as well as your upbringing by degenerate parents apparently. The manager claimed he was from Oregon and I wish I could remember his name to slam him on this since I could expect the lies from the salesman, but the manager? Ricky the sales representative was at least nice, even though he lied. But the manager we saw should be demoted to cleaning the crap out of the toilets there, he makes Nissan look bad. But I must ask if this is what Nissan wants representing their brand?????? Lying, insulting, shady managers and sales representatives showing customers this is how Nissan roles? If you have ever seen the movie Boiler Room, you will get an idea of the quality of people you are dealing with at ABC Nissan. Stay away!! Between my wife and myself we work with over 15,000 people in the Phoenix area. Guess who is sending a company wide email tomorrow morning to let them all know to stay away from ABC Nissan!! More
