I am not happy with abcnissan I've tried so many times working with them to fix this xxxx mistake they made and all I do is keep on going back and forth driving thanks Tyler for the gas card that really helped I wish it was like a big CEO I can talk to that owns the company I don't know how they like to tell people that they can do these deals that they can't live by I don't think I'm going to be able to make it in 8 months to get my credit that high like I said I'm already paying $436 a month plus my rent I can't afford to keep playing this for 8 months I wish you guys can understand living check to check it's not fun you can't go out you can't do anything because you're never have money everything just goes to bills and with the ridiculous 21 interest rate which is highway robbery how the xxxx am I supposed pay off this car I thank Tyler for at least trying to fix what does piece of crap company put me in I will continue to fight this because I was told that I would be able to switch out that car in 5 months to a year I am still in this xxxx vehicle nothing has changed interest rate is still at 21% and I'm still paying a truck payment on it like I said I am not happy today I am so pissed at your company what allow your customers to be unhappy like this thanks for nothing. Go Elsewhere, ABC Sucks Went in for an oil change. Was told I have an oil leak but did not know where it was coming from? Going the extra mile I felt welcome the minute I got out of the car-was greeted by employee in parking lot who took me to the person I spoke with on the phone. Sarah greeted me and introduced me to my salesman Elijah Bigelbach,Eli made the car buying experience easy.I told him what I was interested in and my fears that I couldn't afford my dream vehicle. I was right about not being able to afford it but Eli along with Adam Marazzo-the owner found a way to make my dream a reality. As if that was not enough Eli patiently answered all my questions-never making me feel like a "dumb woman". I felt like I was dealing with a family member. Then when I got the car He helped me empty my car and programmed my cell phone and garage door opener going above and beyond in so many ways. Beware of business ethics I went to the used car tent sale and had an appointment with ABC Nissan. The salesperson was Nicholas L. I told him about bad credit and a recent repo I went to the used car tent sale and had an appointment with ABC Nissan. The salesperson was Nicholas L. I told him about bad credit and a recent repo. He said theywould find something. He showed me a 2015 Chrysler 200C that was going for 12000. He said that would work. So he got numbers which payment would be $473 a month for 6 years so 39000 after the payments are complete. Over three times what it was marked for. But he said the bank was requiring something down so he asked if could get 500$ to put down if they gave me three weeks. I agreed. So they congratulated me and i took car home. Then were headed to thr dealership four days later and Nichokas asked me to stop at bank and open account and bring a check to hold for the 500$. I did that and went to dealer and then was tokd the temp checks chase bank gave me wont work. Then he said. I would a lot more money than they told me. Tokd him i could not put down anymore so he said the they would have to take the car back. Kyle the finance manager also made me furious. He was going over paperwork to sign and he said that i will need gap insurance. He didnt ask me if i wanted that. He just did it. I told him i did not want anything that will raise the payments. He said i know. Well surprise syrprise Kyle had a new paynent amount on the contract. It was now going to be 510$ a month. Next person was one of the managers Aaron. I was very upset already and he said well that i knew the situation and they did me a favor by letting me take the car for four days free. I had advised that i will do a review on every social media i can. He said if i blast anyone it shoukd onky be Kyle the finance manager. Then i told him i needed a ride since they kept car and he said why shoukd i when you will give a bad revuew. He then said he was going to have to spend$1000 to have car inspected again....wow really. That was my experience at ABC Nissan. To anyone that might go there be aware of their business ethics and read all the fine print. More
