The worse experience I ever had from a dealership. All my vehicles were purchased new because I deploy a lot due to being in the military. The last purchase was a 2020 Hyundai palisade which was purchased in 2019. Since that purchase I had nothing lol but problems with the vehicle. Not only did the vehicle stay in the shop for repairs but also the service department was clueless about everything. My vehicle was always kept for long period of times and I had to check on it constantly with no updates. I also purchase extra dealer incentives and when I took it in for any of them, they always act like I’m not a priority because they aren’t getting paid for it. It seems as they are over staffed and are clueless when asked any questions. They always send you to another associate that does the same. It’s horrible whenever I take my vehicle in because they never offer a loaner knowing it would be a long turnaround. Many times I had to call and they would tell me they haven’t checked my vehicle and would be over a week or longer. A lot of the add ons I purchased when I first purchased the vehicle new, I had to prove it because apparently they don’t or didn’t keep any of the signed documents on file digitally or written. When I did show it to them they would then try to find a reason they shouldn’t honor it. The car went in for paint correct and after the repair I had to take it back twice and they still haven’t repaired it. The spot just got bigger. Also the air conditioner went out in February. It was replaced. Something blew under the hood and released alot of Freon. This is the hottest month of the year so I took it in and was told my car will not be looked at until Aug. I regret purchasing all the extras thinking I would be free from what I’m going through. So never purchase any dealer incentives because they will never be honored. My payments for the vehicle alone is over 900.00 a month and I have excellent credit. I was told they could beat navy federal and I hand a blank check. So I went with them think it was a smart move. Everything that was associated with this dealership went wrong. I guess I will be going back to Audi because they had excellent customer service. It’s a shame because everyone that sees the palisades ask me do I like it. So yea I tell them the truth. Do your home work on these dealers before you purchase. I’m not saying all dealers are the same but ABC is by far the worst in my experience. Albert Rodriguez wasn’t listed but always went far and beyond when I see me frustrated. He always came afterwards and fixed the service department and customer service screw ups. The females that work in the service department never greet any female clients with respect. They always assume that females are clues with what’s going on. I am prior military and defiantly don’t like to be labeled as so. The outside area of the service department near the picnic table and out side trailers is always packed with employees and I’m never greeted when I arrive. More
I went through the motions of purchasing a car, but decided not to go through with purchase. BUT that sure didn't stop ABC Hyundai from filing my contract with the financial institution!!! So now I am decided not to go through with purchase. BUT that sure didn't stop ABC Hyundai from filing my contract with the financial institution!!! So now I am $26,000 in debt for a car THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. I am receiving calls from the financial institution to collect late payments, and my credit score has gone down more than 80 points due to the gross negligence of this dealership. I would advise you shop elsewhere for a vehicle. More
This is a little Thank-You note to the very professional sales persons at ABC Hyundai on Redwood Street in Las Vegas Nevada. We went to the agency, both myself and my Fiancée on the 16th of March to purcha sales persons at ABC Hyundai on Redwood Street in Las Vegas Nevada. We went to the agency, both myself and my Fiancée on the 16th of March to purchase a Hyundai Ioniq hybrid that was advertised. We were met by Chelsey Mullin and was immediately put at ease with her “no pressure attitude” I am a woman so I brought moral support, for I am usually scared to death of the buying process from a previous experience. Her gentle approach made the complete experience easy, comforting and with no buyer’s remorse. Also I must add Jonathan Mason, her sales manager for his added input, also with the same processional demeanor. The car is great and I love it for it fulfills my everyday needs with comfort. Also a nostalgic thanks to Jonathan’s Grandfather, for without his squadron’s expertise I would not be here to write this note. Marta Williams & Joel DeMarco More

ABC Hyundai will add $3,000 surcharge above the listed price to all incoming Hyundai Venues. 4. As a senior citizen, I felt I was mislead and disrespected as a customer. On Monday, January 17th, we reached out to ABC Hyundai as they had a Venue SEL in stock. We arranged an appointment to test drive the Venue SEL, at 6PM Monday 17th. We went to the dealership to test drive a car. Kyle took a copy of my friends driver's license, so KYLE may keep a copy for the test drive. When Kyle returned we learned that there is no car to test drive. I was not pleased to hear this , as the test drive was the reason for our visit. There was no Miscommunication, they misled us. KYLE tells us that any future car coming onto the dealership lot in February will have a $3,000 surcharge added to the cost of the vehicle. He asked me if I would mind paying the extra $3,000 I told KYLE, this new charge was a surprise to me, there was no surcharge mentioned on their website or in the pricing information sent to us? I told KYLE that I had spoken to other Hyundai dealers and no one raised the $3,000 surcharge. Kyle responded that ABC Hyundai will add a $3,000 surcharge to all the cars that are "in transit". I told KYLE I was not interested in paying $3,000 surcharge on any car. We left ABC Hyundai dealership. I felt mislead by that there was no car to test drive, ....then surprised by the $3,000 surcharge. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

So other local Hyundai dealers include PERMAPLATE within their "Desert protection package" of $1,495.......but ABC Hyundai will charge you $699 extra as a separate dealer-add on? CAR BUYERS don't want extra DEALER CHARGES added to their CAR PRICE! So why does ABC Hyundai charge $699 extra for PERMAPLATE .....when local Hyundai dealers include it in their "Desert protection package" for $1,495? I asked them, ....they told me that the PERMAPLATE $699 charge and "Desert protection package" $1,495 are clearly displayed on the Window Stickers? So as long as they are being TRANSPARENT about the extra charges $$$........it must be OKAY? It is truly "BUYER BEWARE" at ABC Hyundai........too risky for this car buyer. Usually you spend an unbearable amount of hours having to buy a car. No at ABC Hyundai. Damir knew we were there to buy. No haggling. Then when he presented our deal, everyone listened to what we wanted. Agreed to the deal, signed paperwork and on our way. It's been 2weeks. We stopped by to ask questions about how some of the features worked. We were again greeted promptly and friendly. Damir recognized us and immediately came up us and took care of all our questions. We truly feel a part of the ABC Hyundai Family. Thank you to everyone. More

Worst deal in my car buying history. 1/5 💫 Took advantage of me:- 1/5 💫 I was stuck over in vegas and I needed a car. Should you buy a car from there? Yes and no. If you are getting good deal and price around MSRP plus APR is less :- YES. If they are asking for a lot more than MSRP, and or the APR is a lot higher than :- no. Service was fabulous. No regrets about that. Paying way more. Yes I have the regret. I think employees are good but the money management people are greedy. These three people were very helpful to me.
