Best Experience I've ever had buying a car I was looking for a used Toyota for my husband and just happened to see my AAA magazine and decided to see if they offered any car programs and gave t I was looking for a used Toyota for my husband and just happened to see my AAA magazine and decided to see if they offered any car programs and gave them a call. Brian answered and I told him what I was looking for and what I could afford. He asked me why I was buying him a used truck and I replied that it was all I could afford. Brian said he wanted to know exactly what my husband wanted and the price and would call me back. We corresponded all day through emails ,text messages and phone calls and before my husband got home from work not only did he find my husband a brand new 2019 Fully loaded Toyota Tacoma Sort Package for less than the price of the used one I was looking at in Raleigh NC he gave us an incredible interest rate and said he was going to have it delivered that weekend!! I will never again purchase any vehicles anywhere else but through Brian and AAA'S incredible customer service. I have told every friend and neighbor about our amazing experience because everyone deserves to know about how wonderful it can be buying a car and what fabulous service you will get no matter if you are buying a inexpensive car or a luxury car. So Easy and No Double-Talk I absolutely had a great experience with AAA and Brian Barry. I test-drove the car I wanted at a local dealership. I was told that the cars were in short supply and that I was unlikely to find the exact color and features I wanted. The salesman pretended to look for one on his computer while leaving me waiting. I left the dealership sure that I would not buy from them! I emailed AAA and received a call from Brian. I told him what I wanted and within a couple of hours, he got back to me with exactly what I wanted. The car came from Atlanta to Charlotte. The car was the driven to my driveway. All the paperwork was done online with the final documents signed and returned with the driver. Brian listened to what I wanted and delivered. More

NEVER AGAIN!! I was excited when I found a vehicle in my price range. I emailed to make sure the vehicle was still available and received a call from Larry Carillo I was excited when I found a vehicle in my price range. I emailed to make sure the vehicle was still available and received a call from Larry Carillo ensuring me the vehicle was available at the Charlotte NC lot. I was even more excited when he described the vehicle. So, I drove over 2 hours to test drive the vehicle. When I was about 5 miles from the dealership, Larry called. I thought he was calling to see what my estimate time of arrival was. To my dismay, he called to inform me that although the vehicle was on the lot, it had been sold the day before by another dealership in SC. He gave me a poor excuse that he had only received the email minutes before his call to me informing him of the change in status on the vehicle. Naturally, I am disappointed that I have been deceived. Was this a classic attempt at the old bait and switch method of business? Did the vehicle even exist? (I did not go to the dealership even though I was minutes away. I was too upset!) Do they not have the technology to update their system when there is a sale/change in inventory? The email method of updating just doesn't make sense to me. It was just too convenient that he knew I was driving hours to get there but he didn't have knowledge of the sale of the vehicle until he knew it was about time for me to arrive. Could he have known all along and waited until the last minute so I would settle for something else on the lot that he directed me to? After wasting my TIME and GAS it is safe to say I will never do business here again. I warn everyone I am in contact with to be aware of the shady dealings at this dealership. Up until now, the AAA brand was synonymous with trust and integrity. Now, I am not so sure. If I could, I would rate this treatment a zero! More
