I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Gerard Apadula and it was delivered on August 17, 2020. The vehicle had not been detailed and was filthy inside from tobacco smoke and the floor mats were missing. The vehicle delivered on August 17, 2020. The vehicle had not been detailed and was filthy inside from tobacco smoke and the floor mats were missing. The vehicle was not inspected and cleaned at AAA. I unfortunately accepted the vehicle with the assurance from Mr. Apadula that he would take care of the cleaning and floor mats. This has not happened. I believe he is waiting for me to get tired of pressing him to get this problem resolved. I will continued to get satisfaction from him or AAA. The vehicle seems ok mechanically and the exterior is ok. This is a poor testimony for AAA Auto Buying. Due to this experience I will never purchase another vehicle thru AAA nor do I recommend AAA Auto Buying to anyone else. I will update my review once the agreed upon items have been have been completed. More

I love the car. I fell in love with it online. But we live like 2 1/2 hrs away. By the time that we get off work they would be closed. That didn't deter them. They sent us over application and we did eve live like 2 1/2 hrs away. By the time that we get off work they would be closed. That didn't deter them. They sent us over application and we did everything online. Even with the credit union they helped us with. They even got a driver to come out and switch cars and sign papers. I've never bought a car without test driving and checking it out first. But I am soooo happy I did. More

I purchased a 2020 Acura MDX Technology package. The AAA Buying Service was a huge relief after spending a day at an Acura dealership trying to figure out which model to get. Buying a car consists of 3 m Buying Service was a huge relief after spending a day at an Acura dealership trying to figure out which model to get. Buying a car consists of 3 main components: Car Price, Title Transfer Expenses, and Financing. AAA beat the dealer's best offer on all 3 of these, saving me thousands of dollars on the same car the dealer would have provided. And to top things off, they brought the car to my home, and we signed the papers on my kitchen table! This is the 3rd time I have purchased a car using AAA. They have been consistently wonderful to work with for the 10+ years I have been using them. Highly recommended!!! More

Major Stress Reduced Car buying Rachel was helpful and responsive and she found the vehicle which I wanted at a fair price. The icing on the cake was the financing which exceeded my expectations. She always seemed willing to do what it takes to meet my needs as her customer. The only area for improvements would be the process of upfront communication about how the service works and the final paperwork which had a warranty which I declined to purchase. She quickly corrected this, however. The overall result deserved four stars and I am so happy with my new Toyota Highlander Limited and how it arrived so conveniently in my own driveway! More
