I highly recommend anyone to contact Nelson Baucom with AAA Car buying service. I am so glad that I did. I have been a AAA member for many years but was unaware of this service. Nelson was so wonderful to AAA Car buying service. I am so glad that I did. I have been a AAA member for many years but was unaware of this service. Nelson was so wonderful to work with. His guidance was just what I needed and he has such patience. I looked online at cars available and asked him questions and he answered in ways that were helpful for me. He was always concerned about what would be best for me. I appreciate his time and going the extra mile for me. When we worked out which car would be best for me Nelson had his driver bring the car to me. We are in different cities but it worked well The driver made sure that he showed me everything about the car. We did the paperwork. The driver took my car with him and he was so very nice as well. He took my tag off my car and put it on the new car. This is the first time I have ever bought a car by myself. It was a pleasure working with Nelson and his driver.
