I had a really bad experience with this dealership. I found a Mazda CX-5 they listed on CarGurus and contacted them about it. The first thing that surprised me was that the actual price they gave me I found a Mazda CX-5 they listed on CarGurus and contacted them about it. The first thing that surprised me was that the actual price they gave me was about $3,500 higher than the price shown on CarGurus. After some discussion, they said they could lower the difference to around $2,700. They also told me they were willing to take the car to a Mazda dealership for a pre-purchase inspection, which was very important to me. Because of that, I paid a $1,000 deposit. I scheduled the PPI with the Mazda dealer, but on the day of the appointment they suddenly said something came up and they couldn't take the car. We scheduled another time, and when that day came, they stopped answering my calls. Later they said they had food poisoning. After that, I basically couldn't reach them anymore. What really bothers me is that they were completely fine with the PPI before I paid the deposit, but once they had my $1,000, getting the inspection done suddenly became impossible. That made me lose all trust in them and made me seriously question why they were avoiding an independent inspection. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. If you're thinking about buying a car here, definitely get everything in writing and do not pay a deposit before the car has been independently inspected. More
