I love my new car, and everybody was so helpful and patient as I was trying to make my decision. Everybody was so kind and stayed late to help me. Watch out with the service department. They were dishonest. The managers were just as bad as the employees. They lied to me several times. Told me I did not have a warranty (on two sep They were dishonest. The managers were just as bad as the employees. They lied to me several times. Told me I did not have a warranty (on two separate occasions despite me purchasing one from Subaru when I bought the car). On several occasions they told me I needed work done, that was already done by them! Basically wanting me to duplicate work (hoping I would forget). The managers are very rude and don’t seem to want to change despite me notifying them that some of their employees are dishonest. I am guessing this is encouraged by the organization. I had to stop going there for service. More
