There was never any pressure to purchase, as we dislike pushy salespeople. Fast and easy, everyone was very friendly and helpful! I went in to look at a forester and crosstrek. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by many sales associates. The place was pretty busy. He was able to let me test drive both models. He personally pulled them both up to the door and off we went. When I got back he worked up the pricing and found financing that made it affordable which made my decision easy. I decided on the forester and he then walked me over to Danielle. She did all the final paper work and went over everything. After that, Danielle walked me out and over to the service area. Then I was introduced to Loyda and Chris who went over everything in detail about the car. They showed me all the features and got my phone connected. The whole experience was unbelievable and I will be back. Because of the teamwork, I was in and out in just over an hour confident I made the right choice. Plus they love dogs More
