Spent most of a day with me I went shopping for a new car...looking at a lot of different makes. I didn't get any help from any of them in the area on the day I was out. I stopped at A&T at the end of my day, and Chris came out right away to answer questions. He even gave me information on other vehicle makes that I had in mind! He followed up to see if I had any more questions, but was never aggressive with me. I felt very comfortable asking my questions. In the end, I went back, drove a few of their cars and decided on the Forester. He made the whole process much easier. I would go back to him for my next car. More

Our sales agent, Chris Kiser, was very prepared when we arrived to begin looking at the various SUV models. We were able to very quickly eliminate those models not fitting our requirements and find the perfect model. We were never pressured during the buying process. The dealership provides a delivery specialist to go over all the electronics which can be quite complex. A 2-week follow up appointment with our specialist, Loyda Rosario, helped to clear up any questions we had about the operations of the vehicle. Everyone at this dealership is courteous and very thorough in assuring that our questions are answered. They actually cared that we were happy with our purchase! More
