Before we even arrived, Phil answered any questions I had over the phone. When we got to A&T, Phil greeted us and set us up with Chris. Chris was very personable and went over the packages for the Impreza and Crosstrek immediately. It wasn't long before I was able to test-drive both cars. We even got a special demonstration of some new features in the Crosstrek, which was actually fun! We also met Danielle and Jessica who were also very knowledgable and helped us make the right decisions on our new Crosstrek. We had such a nice time and were so well taken care of that it made the car-buying experience enjoyable and painless. More

Like any dealership do not come expecting to be handed a great deal. After shopping around I came across a Subaru Impreza that seemed right for me. Chris Stein was not pushy about purchasing the car and after some negotiating we settled on the right price. The experience the day after (when I picked up the car) was great. The members of Subaru A&T couldn't have been nicer. If I have a word of advice it's to understand the market value of the car you want and to also understand the interest rate that is aligned with your credit score. If you do you will have the tools needed to get the right deal. Danielle (in finance) also was more than happy to go through every bit of documentation the day I picked up the car which was great being a young guy (just out of college) like myself. More

After lots of horrible experiences at the dealerships in the Lehigh Valley I finally found A&T online. Chris was great and very professional. Glad I drove the extra distance. The Outback 3.6R was a great ride and the wife and I were seriously considering it. The trade in offer from A&T for my T&C was reasonable. The vehicle I purchased was a new Colorado (midnight edition) and only because the sales person was a friend of the family and I had committed previously to a visit. Oh, by the way, Chris even let me test drive the Colorado he had on their Chevy lot. Anyway, it was bothering me to not mention the experience with Chris. Thank goodness there are still some good dealerships out there - unfortunately you just got to get through the weeds first. Chris, we'll catch up to you when the wife or kids need a car. More

Very happy with overall experience A & T was highly recommended by severval co-workers and I was not disappointed. Other Subaru dealers could not match their price and they were so patient explaining all the options and answering my many questions when I bought my new Outback. Tom spent so much time showing me how to work everything and marked the sections of my owners manual that he felt would benefit me. Frank worked with me to keep my monthly payment within budget, explaining all the forms I needed to sign. I returned in about 2 weeks to meet with Loyda who went over anything I still had questions on after driving the car for awhile. That was very helpful. The showroom is clean, bright and very comfortable. I'm planning on returning for my service visits as they are close to my office and they offer a shuttle service or courtesy cars. . More
