We are disappointed about our last service visit. They sold us a used car we took back for service a year later and were told the tires were dry rotted so had to replace all 4 . Also they did work but nev sold us a used car we took back for service a year later and were told the tires were dry rotted so had to replace all 4 . Also they did work but never notified us it was done and simply closed for the night and kept the car. We had to call twice the next day to arrange a pickup. More

I bought my Subaru here and have had every oil change done there for 100,000 miles. So that’s what, about 16-17 times. I have the A&T “oil tag” on my front bumper. Every time I come in, I tell the ser done there for 100,000 miles. So that’s what, about 16-17 times. I have the A&T “oil tag” on my front bumper. Every time I come in, I tell the service writer I have the tag. Without fail, they never take it off my bill. Every time. Annoying. Not a game breaker, just annoying. The mechanic’s do great work, the service writers not do much. More
