My experience with AM Maus didn't end with a vehicle purchase. We have purchased several vehicles from AM Maus and they have always been amazing. However, it doesn't stop with a vehicle purchase. We have also used their service department and most recently their body repair as well. My beautiful Ram met with a cement pole during a snowstorm. One call to Steve Maus and I knew everything would be taken care of. From the tow service to their dealership and the loaner car waiting when I got there; to ongoing updates about my truck and its repair progress. He even dealt with my insurance. I can not say enough good things about AM Maus and ALL of their staff. We are customers for life. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I have a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica and I took a long time for it to idle down after the engine was warm. Took it in and there wasn’t much they could do I have a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica and I took a long time for it to idle down after the engine was warm. Took it in and there wasn’t much they could do because it’s all computer programmed. I also had a passenger side fog light that wasn’t adjusted properly. They weren’t able to adjust the fog light because there is no adjustment if only bolts. I was kind of bummed they only shimmed the fog light instead of trying to order and new bracket of something. The biggest thing was they was your vehicle when they are done with it. When I got home I noticed cloth strips from the wash wheels in their car wash stuck between my rear tail light as the tailgate. I had to loosen half the taillight nuts to get the cloth out it wash wedged in so tight. Also my license plate was all bent up on the tailgate. More
