The days of honest dealerships are apparently getting hard to find. This dealership literally advertised the price of a F350 for one price on Facebook and then another price on their website. In the mi hard to find. This dealership literally advertised the price of a F350 for one price on Facebook and then another price on their website. In the middle of discussing the deal they raised the price on their website and Facebook by 6K dollars and this was almost 8K above sticker price when it was new! Watch these guys, they do not represent the Crivelli name More
Excellent service. Kathy was willing to work with my husband and I in terms of payment and finding exactly what we needed. We are very happy customers! Kathy was willing to work with my husband and I in terms of payment and finding exactly what we needed. We are very happy customers! More

Explaining that the actual price would depend on what needed repaired or replaced by the dealer. He promised that he would call as soon as the Dealer set the price but he himself had looked the Truck up on the Internet and he felt it would retail somewhere around $17,000 but would not have the actual sales price till later. On the following Monday morning he called just minutes after the dealership opened to tell me that the truck had been sold by another salesmen ON SUNDAY to a his friend. When I asked how it was possible that between the time he called me just prior to closing on Saturday and now early Monday morning to get the truck thru the repair shops to set a price to even offer it to a friend outside the dealership when it was closed, he said;" if you will quit talking I will explain". He then tried to shift my attention away from the fact that the sales staff kept this Truck off the market so they could sell it to a friend over the weekend. The Sales Manager clearly feels he no longer needs to honor the owners long time tradition of building off customer loyalty and instead pushes numbers over honesty. A degree in automotive sales does not always guarantee a successful manager in the long run, especially in a smaller town where there is not an endless stream of customers walking thru the door. But then again he did make a sale and perhaps that is what Management wants and where our local big dealers are headed. Numbers, just numbers, not quality sales. Shop small lots that still understand that customer relationships are the core of thier existence. Thank you, Bernard Williams More
