What a horrible place to do buisness! I have been seeing their listings on mulitiple used car websites including craigslist. I came across a Chevy Silverado online and called this morning to see if the truck was still available. I was told yes that it was. I took the 40 minute drive to the dealership. When I got there, I noticed the dealership had a small shady lot on the way to the main garage. Then when we got to the main building there was a line of people out the door, some not too happy. The man told us that Sean whom I had spoken with was on the main lot down the street. I found it interesting that we had to drive down there and look for a man we had never met. We arrive down at the lot that is in the parking lot of an abandoned office building with overgrown trees and weeds everywhere, a rusted trailer, and a ton of cars that do not look like they do on the internet ads. I hope you have 4 wheel drive because driving through the lot is as rough as off roading. When I finally found Sean, and asked him about the silverado, which was no where to be found on the lot, he said he would be right with me. 20 minutes later he finally arrived to say that he wasn t sure where the truck was. He said sometimes the vehicles get nicked or scratched on their way here and have to go to the body shop first. He said he was unable to locate the vehicle without going back to the main shop and didn t know if he would be able to because he was busy. I had the cash in hand and am very glad the truck was missing because coming home and reading all of these reviews makes me feel like it was a great thing they couldnt find it. I just couldnt believe that Sean wouldn t even call the main office to find it. He said you look disappointed I certainly was but not anymore! The truck was most likely sold and they said it wasn t just to get me down there because he tried to get me to look at other trucks but after the exerience and the appearance of the place, I was so turned off. Good luck but I would definetly not buy a car from here. The salesmen/women look like they just woke up and are not professional at all. More
What a waste of a plane ticket! We called every day for a week to make sure they still had the car in stock before we wasted our time/energy on this. Each time we spoke with a different person, non of whom had any idea what cars were in stock. Once they even told us the car was sold. When we got there it took them over an hour to locate the car for a test drive! After we decided to overlook some of the obvious flaws on the vehicle because of the price, they tacked on several hundred dollars in added fees and ended up refusing our bankers check since it was after bank hours! I never heard of a car dealership refusing money!!! There were so many other bizarre things that happened that it is hard to list them all. Just please believe all the postings on this site, it is obvious now that I should have looked up dealer before a wasted weekend. More
I found This dealership online I went to go look at some cars and was told by Lenin to give him a call Before I left my town so that he would be able to meet me and help me out. I called him before I left my house and told them I would be there in about a half hour when I got to the lot he told me he would be there in about 10 minutes 30 minutes later and he was still not there. I called him again to confirm that he was still coming he sent me to voice mail three times, my boyfriend called him off his phone number and he picked up the phone and told him he would be there in five minutes. When he finally got there 20 minutes later he started helping out another couple, he kept telling me to give him five minutes and he would be able to help us out, an hour and a half later he was still with that customer. We ended up calling the dealership and asked for another salesman and were denied, the rude xxxx had the nerve to tell us to be patient! Smh! We told him we were leaving and not doing business and he said ok and hung up!! We left, I decides to call them back and tell them to shred my information, I spoke with Sean this time. He was so much nicer and understanding, he told me not to let one unprofessional salesman (his words) ruin my experience. I made an appt with him for the next day. On the way home I was researching the car I wanted, I ended up googling some reviews on the dealership and came across this forum. My jaw hit the floor! I am so happy that I found this site, after reading All of these reviews I WILL NOT be doing business with them. I'm just sorry that everyone here had to go through all those horrible experiences for me not to. I hope you all can work this out since I know how frustrating it can be (and I didn't even deal with them like that). Good luck to you all! More
DONT BUY ANY CAR HERE...THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. I recently purchased a car from there and now am very sorry, the A/C wasnt working and they promised to fix it but they only recharged with freon that lasted f purchased a car from there and now am very sorry, the A/C wasnt working and they promised to fix it but they only recharged with freon that lasted for two days. i finally brought it to AAMCO to find out the compressor was bad. I brought the car back to them to find out that their extended warranty doesnt cover A/C so am stuck with 1000 repair. Also,the car had a bend rim which causes the car to shimmy on the highway...they refused to fix it. bad brake light sensor, bad tire pressure sensor, airbag light came on saying passenger airbag off ....all of which they cop out of fixing even though it was existing problems before the car was brought. the only thing they fixed was the radio and the 3 inner handles for the car....I have filed complaints with the BBB and hope many people learn from my mistake and take my warning.I also tried getting my deposit back and they claimed its non refundable and that the best they could do is re-evaluate the car and buy it back from me at a lower cost of course. Now i'm stuck making payments a junk car. More
After a long phone conversation with Paul, me and my 22 yr old Daughter go in to look for a used car, when we arrive, Paul is like a deer in the headlights, States he doesnt know much about the car in ques yr old Daughter go in to look for a used car, when we arrive, Paul is like a deer in the headlights, States he doesnt know much about the car in question, WE have to drive him to the LOT down the road, to look for the car, then its magically gone, then they find it at another lot, but it looks and drives like a xxx, Nothing like the listing, Then we get the side bar treatment and pushed towards 3 other cars we have NO interest in, all awhile Paul is fighting with another customer who put a deposit down on a car, and now wants his money back, and Paul says deposits are Non Refundable .. Whats Up With That ? The whole experience with Paul makes me feel like We were taken for a ride, and wasting time, the guy could sell you a bridge that he didnt own, but not a car, total scam artists, The Place was like a Circus Show, People running everywhere and most upset or mad .. I have no Idea How this guy goes home to his family and sleeps.. A letter to the BBB and the DMV is going out Monday .. STAY AWAY FROM PAUL and BETTERWAY.. its NOT A BETTERWAY !! More
Absolutely terrible. Call themselves wholesalers yet I am getting prices from other dealers the same as theirs. They would not even let me finish telling them about my trade in vehicle. First Impression: Smelly waiting room packed with people. Walked in to find a circus of every type of humanity you can imagine. Angry customers waiting for cars cussing in different languages. The only reason I didn't walk out right then was that a very nice older gentleman asked if I needed help. The deer-in-the-headlights look on my face probably tipped him off. Test Drive: My very nice and professional sales person was Mike Dallas (I did not want to list his name up there with the negative impression everyone else gave; he was one of the only ones without a shaved head, tattoos and potty mouth). I had to drive poor Mike in my own car to two different lots before we found the car I wanted to drive. When we got there and found the car, the battery was dead. Mike had to go to a shed and get a battery charger so I could start the car. Despite all this I really liked the car and sort of felt like I needed to rescue it from this place. Negotiating, or NOT: They only wanted to give me $500 for my trade (book value is over $3000) and it took 30 minutes for them to write it up BY HAND (apparently they don't know how to do this on the computer). They wanted $1000 to hold the car and they wanted me to fill out a credit application even though I told them I wanted to handle the financing through my credit union. I told them there was no way I was giving them my social security number or $1000. I took the write up and said I would think about. Final Impression: BAD. If you are not sure if you want to buy new or used, come to this place. You will be running to a new car dealership as fast as I did. Feel badly for Mike Dallas he is a rose among thorns. More
