Avoid at all costs Attempted to purchase a used truck on Friday May 8th. Truck was nice, it drove well, nothing wrong with it, looked like a good truck. We were informed Attempted to purchase a used truck on Friday May 8th. Truck was nice, it drove well, nothing wrong with it, looked like a good truck. We were informed that they were waiting for paperwork on the truck and that i would be a few days before I could have it. Told him that was no problem, but I needed the truck for Monday the 18th as that was when I started work. I was told that wouldn't be an issue, he said he was aiming for Monday or Tuesday, the 11th or 12th, and that I'd definitely have it before the 18th. The week of the 11th passes, no truck. Said he'd call me Sunday the 17th, no call. Finally got ahold of him on Monday and he said that on Wednesday, which is they day I'm writing this review, he was going to see the people and get the paperwork. When called today, he said that they didn't have it. At this point the deal was cancelled, as it has now been 12 days since the vehicle was purchased and I have had to pay to rent a car to get to and from work all week as they were to incompetent to complete their end of the deal. Fred lied to me directly on multiple occasions, was constantly dodging phone calls, and couldn't have been less helpful if he tried. I'd highly recommend avoiding A Better Way at all costs as I am not the only one that has had this type of experience with them, but if you absolutely must go there demand anyone other than Fred. More

honest guy (Johnny is the man) I worked with johnny, and he was a great guy to work with. he contact me very frequently to let me know the status of my car. while i was looking for I worked with johnny, and he was a great guy to work with. he contact me very frequently to let me know the status of my car. while i was looking for a car, he helped pick something I would like and something that would be in my price range. after I purchase the car, while the car was in the shop. getting some last minute touch up. he contact me and let me know how everything was going and he knew me by name. Johnny also had a lot of really good connections, he provided me with an insurance company that i could call if i needed a insurance at the last minute. lastly he was very knowledgeable about the car and knew valuable information that would actually help a costumer make a wise decision.
