John,. I specifically asked for three things to be addressed during my test drive that I was told would be addressed as they were safety related... The turn signal was repaired. However, the vibration was not fully repaired, it was mitigated a bit, but still remained. That was due to a severely bent rim and cost me over $200 to replace. Plus the other wheels have dents in them that still cause minor vibrations. The steering wheel was not aligned like I asked and my mechanic said an alignment was not done, which your salesrep said had been performed. There was another $50. So far I've spent over $850 on the car post sale. Fortunately, the ignition switch that needs to be replaces is covered under a recall or that would have been an additional 200+ dollars. My mechanic had those items fixed in a day, not a week and I had him replace all of the missing and broken switches. In regards to your conveyance fee. I paid cash. There was no credit check needed etc and I find it hard to believe that those items cost you $600 to perform. Let's be real, that is a way to guarantee additional profit and I will be writing my state legislator representatives to introduce a bill restricting the amount that can be charged. Now as far as the number of cars you sell or the ratings on this site means absolutely nothing to me.. You Pay to be a member of this site how am I to know that as part of that payment, certain reviews are filtered, You go to places like Yelp and look at your reviews. They are not so kind and while I was waiting for my car to be ready, other customers were relating their dis-satisfaction with your dealership. It is clear to me that you are looking for customers, but not repeat customers. It is obvious that your plan to sell cars it to get it only to the point where it will pass a state safety inspection, unless it is less than 7 years old (as under 7 years old you are required to give a 30 day warranty). You want me to consider you again, you can start by reimbursing me for the items that your salesrep said would be addressed and were not.. I should ask for more since the other bent rims should have been replaced from the outset, but I'll settle for the alignment and bent rim replacement. But I doubt that you would part with $300 of your precious profit margin. I won't be holding my breath waiting for that to arrive.
