Good prices but horrible service My mother bought a car here a few years ago, and her experience was great, that is the reason I went back to purchase my car there. When I arrived, I My mother bought a car here a few years ago, and her experience was great, that is the reason I went back to purchase my car there. When I arrived, I was taken care off my a sales man who not only was unwilling to help, but also acted as if my questions were a bother. He then proceeded to hand me over to another sales guy (guess he thought I wasn't really going to buy anything). The next guy had the same horrible attitude. Was unwilling to make any suggestions or consultation at all. My thought is, if I'm spending thousands with your company, I should be treated as so. The customer service was absolutely horrible, I felt unwelcomed, rushed, and like I was bothering someone that I am going to give my hard earned money to. Never again. More

Not once did I feel pressured into buying a car or into looking at something beyond my price range. As this is my first time buying from a dealership, I knew very little, however junior patiently answered every question completely and was sure to keep me well informed throughout the whole process. She was dedicated to us; meeting our needs and making us feel comfortable with our new car. We are greatful for her sincerity and appreciate her understanding of how important this decision was for us. She really went the extra mile in making sure we got the best deal and that we were taken well care of. More

I felt he was honest in the cars he showed me and wasn't just interested in making a sale. He even steered me away from a few cars that he knew I wouldn't be pleased with and that may have caused me issues down the road. He even went above and beyond by contacting my insurance company to be sure they had sent over the correct documents. He was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone as well as the dealership. He has even answered all my questions I had post sale. More
Worst car buying experience in my life First of all, this place charges almost $700 in dealer conveyance fees. So they are making a $700 profit on you right off of the bat.... Saw the car l First of all, this place charges almost $700 in dealer conveyance fees. So they are making a $700 profit on you right off of the bat.... Saw the car listed on the internet and went to look at it. During the test drive I noticed three things (car had a vibration at speed, left turn signal never turned off and the steering wheel was offset about 15 to 20 degrees. . I was told they were 'Safety' issues and would be fixed. I was in a bit of a rush and stupidly agreed to buy the care and put down a deposit without doing a more thorough check.. This was on a Friday before noon. I was told that the care might be ready Saturday evening. I got a call late Saturday saying they found an issue and that they needed to get a dealer part and it would not get it until Monday. Monday they said the part did not come in. Tuesday they said the part did not come in until late. Wednesday, the salesman was off and I could not get an update. Thursday morning I was told the car is all set. I went to pick it up at 3pm and found out that one of the issues (turn signal) came back and a mechanic had to look at it. 40 minutes later, it was fixed and I asked to retest drive the car. The turn signal issue returned along with one of the steering wheel offset having not been fixed. I tried to get the car up to highway speed on a straight section of side road, and the vibration seemed to be gone. Back to the mechanic again. At 5:30 I finally got the car. All the time I was waiting I was sitting next to other customers who related their bad stories about getting cars with problems. My personal mechanic would have had everything done in one day. When I took the car on the highway I noticed a vibration above 60 mph. Heard a noticeable 'Clunk' when returning the wheel to normal from a hard right turn. Got home and noticed that there is no emergency flasher switch. The mirror adjustment only works in and out not up and down. Power door lock on passenger side does not work and the drivers side works, but as soon as you lock it, it automatically unlocks when you let go of the switch Looked in the trunk and found there was a hole drilled into the bottom of the trunk (along with a colony of ants). Brought car to my mechanic. Vibration is due to both rear tires being out of round. The serpentine belt is dried and cracked, it needs an alignment to rest the steering position and an new emergency flasher switch.. $500 to $600 just for that. Waiting for the estimate on the power windows and door lock issues. Those may be issues addressed at a later date. Bottom line. Before you put a deposit down on any car insist you own mechanic take a look. Odds are there is going to be close to $1000 or more in repairs needed either immediately or very shortly after purchase. I will note that the finance and registration guys Scott and Jim were very nice and professional, but dealing with them were the only two good moments of the entire experience. More

Wholesale discount, wholesale issues Abw sells car for well below book value which is why myself and others go there. They have a good selection, much larger than most others. The price i Abw sells car for well below book value which is why myself and others go there. They have a good selection, much larger than most others. The price is non-negotiable and the car will only be repaired if it was at risk of blowing up. My car has a decent sized crack in the rear bumper which they refused to fix because it is "cosmetic." Our salesman was Eric who was pleasant and kind. He didn't really pressure us. Alot of the other salespeople will respond to all of your questions with "listen, I sell over 400 cars a week" which would be annoying as xxxx. It's a bit busy but that's to be expected for the prices and volume. They gave me a dead key fob so the car wouldn't start since it was push button start at almost 10 p.m. Had to wait for the other key to be brought back by my wife. There's very little attention to detail but that's not too shocking. Finance will try to push gap insurance and an extended warranty on you. The older cars come with a thirty day warranty but my 08 was too new. Ha. I wouldn't suggest buying gap ins or the vin etching snuck into your contract for sure but Scott saved us over a thousand with a lower interest rate should we buy the warranty which we did even though the warranty was over $2,000(a pretty fair price). Bank approval took a couple of days and I was impatiently waiting. There were a lot of bad reviews but if you exercise just a little bit of caution, you can walk away with a pretty great deal. Give it a try, at least do that. They offer a $399 lifetime oil change option which was a pretty superb deal considering that they will use synthetic in my car. Overall, it was a fairly nice experience and a pretty good deal. More
