These reviews can not be from real customers I can start by saying my brakes failed the day I picked up my truck. They had it back three more times because they said it was fixed and then I lost I can start by saying my brakes failed the day I picked up my truck. They had it back three more times because they said it was fixed and then I lost my brakes again. They had my truck for 3 weeks out of the first month. I finally replaced the master cylinder and guess what? my brakes have been fine since. My truck was repainted Dents were pulled and they never even bothered to prime it. After 1 year my truck went from, what looked like showroom condition to riddled with rust. Bondo fell out and you can see it was clearly under water. I guess if it seams to good to be true, it probably is. Do your homework. More

I really did a ton of research so I could get the most reliable, safe and practical car for my budget. I ended up coming across A Better Way and I found a ton of cars I was interested in and figured I'd make the trip despite the 2 hours. I ended up with Dan and I think he could tell I really didn't know what I was doing. Instead of taking advantage of that, he took me under his wing to make sure I got the best car for my needs. He even helped keep me updated on my cars status while he was on his day off. I would give him 5 stars any day! The only trouble I had was with the financial advisor upstairs. Other than that I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. And I hope everyone ends up getting a Dan. More

Sales A+++ Finance dept. disregards customers requests I give the rating a three because I was happy on one side of the deal, unhappy with the other. The sales side with Junior was a breeze, he was very ea I give the rating a three because I was happy on one side of the deal, unhappy with the other. The sales side with Junior was a breeze, he was very easy to work with and not pushy at all! The tough part was the sales and finance part have a lack of connection, and even though I specifically asked to apply for only one place at first, the finance dept. did not follow my specific orders and pulled my credit 11 times. I was furious about this but there is nothing the Sales team could do because the finance and sales dept. are not linked together. I do not recommend using their finance dept. AT ALL. Definitely work with Junior though, very pleasant to work with! More
