A good buy - but disorganized and chaotic process As far as the dealership goes it was a hectic place with a lot of people in a very small location. There was very little to set apart the personnel who worked there from those people looking to purchase a car. The staff was friendly enough, but we knew exactly what we wanted to look at and purchase going there. We had already done all the legwork with finding out about the vehicle itself and did not need/require any of that from the salesperson. What I found upsetting was the purchase process &the apparent unpreparedness/disorganization once we said "We'll take it!" Even when we arranged to meet at a specific date and time to purchase the vehicle it still took well over 2 hours to draw up the paperwork. IMHO the whole point of setting a time in advance is to have all the paperwork printed and ready to sign. The signing process only took 20 minutes and a few of the forms had incorrect information on them (so they had to be reprinted on the spot). I was happy with the purchase, but they did not help me find the vehicle - I did that on my own. The process and facility were lacking. More
