i responded to an ad for a 2011 mercedes e350 wagon advertised for $7995. no one ever contacted me regarding it, and now the same car (same vin) is advertised for $6995. I believe they are only advertising this car continuously at different prices as a 'come on' to generate possible leads for them.

Just called and the person in sales flat out refused to give back the deposit. ABW leaves generic public and private responses here to make it look like they want to work with you. I will be leaving reviews on every public forum I can to warn people about their unfair practices, poor condition auction cars and inexperienced service department.
